- Shekeya (2/5): Host was ok. She gave me all info to get in except my apt number. Got an attitude when I called to obtain it, front desk - The decor The roaches in the kitchen, the hole in back of the shower, the fact the unit had broken curtains upon arrival, floor was dirty etc
- kamara (10/5): -
- Radesha (5/5): - We check in around 11pm and check in starts at 3 right and we got a 9am sharp check out with door code changes before I could finish grab my stuff was so unfair knowing that I check in late

- Kiyandrea (7/5): The apt decor is amazing, the building is janky. - I loved the decor. The property is an old run down hotel. There was busted glass at about 7 parking places. The hall way smells funny. Once we got into the apt it was fine.

- Giga (6/5): Momo25 - The entire unit was very pretty, amazing decor, the AC cools the place off fast, it's a mile from the GWCC so it was perfect for our momocon trip. The best part of the unit has to be the shower though, it's beautiful and has so many settings! The parking situation was decent I just wish the area was more secure. When we arrived, there was windshield glass in the parking space we were supposed to park in. Some other guests who were outside told us someone had their car broken into the night before but that's on brand for atl (which isnt the hosts fault tbh). My only other gripe is that the bathroom door doesn't latch properly
- Jarrett (5/5): Passable - I liked the size of the rooms and the full sized fridge.
The AC worked nicely as well The place was just not clean at all. There was a bunch of hair on the wall in the shower, the handles for all of the cabinets had some kind of sticky substance on them, the pillows on the couch were stained with something gross looking.
I couldn't find the controls for the light in the second bedroom and the the recessed lighting causes a strobing effect because it's behind the fan so my friend with epilepsy had to stay elsewhere...
When looking for the remote I looked under the bed in the second bedroom and there was all manner of evidence that the place had simply not been cleaned properly :(
The list really goes on here at this point but I'll keep it brief by saying there was several issues with the electrical and I worry it might be hazardous...

- Theres (4/5): Central Air did not work - very cold - It was easy to get there and get to the apartment. The central Air was only working in the living room, so the host told us to just use the portable air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. Sadly, they were very loud and the water had to be drained every few hours, meaning when we came back after being out a few hours they were always off and the rooms were cold. It also got cold during the nights, because they stopped halfway through them.
Also, the parking spot was described to be on the East Side in a message I got and then on the Lower Side in the Pamphlet in the apartment, so it was very confusing. We had to ask the host for a picture of the spot to make sure we were in the right one. (In the lobby there is a map with Upper, Lower and East Side).
Also, the apartment is waaaaay smaller than what it says, but I figured it was a mistake when I booked it. (It says 850 m^2, I guess it is more like 85m^2.
The whole building seems to be short term stay, the concierge is there for check-in and not concierge-ing.
- Denise (10/5): Very clean very nice - Everything
- Duiler (8/5): Very good - The building heater was not working in the bedrooms. There was an electric cold/heater but it was too noisy to keep turned on all day. Cold wind coming in from the windows. I tapped the windows to avoid the cold wind.

- X’zavian (10/5): But overall the night crew ppl was cool asf and I liked my place . - The inside of the place was beautiful definitely would book again the aesthetic was everything. The lady who works the morning concierge was rude asf had a attitude for no reason she just seem like she hate her job and the way she talk to people is just crazy she don’t smile or nothing and not welcoming.

- Shanieque (10/5): Exceptional - Nice clean and comfy

- Gina (8/5): Nice stay and such a great price! - Amazing price and perfect location to everything we wanted to visit. The unit was pretty spacious for us and was a quiet and clean stay. The host was super responsive and made our checkin and out process very easy. It was just the small things. We didn’t realize there wasn’t going to be paper towels and toilet paper so we had to have those delivered. The front desk won’t take deliveries and they weren’t allowed up (which I can appreciate) so you will always have to meet your drivers, including prime and UberEats. We couldn’t leave the fans on in the rooms unless you wanted the lights on as well since there wasn’t a way to turn them off, so it got a little warm. The bedding (comforters, sheets, and pillow cases) wasn’t the greatest quality, and was quite itchy and not soft - should be upgraded given the room aesthetics are great, the bedding should match in comfort, similar to hotels.
- Ayer (8/5): Very nice apartment and communicative host! - The apartment was very pretty! There was no central A/C, but the fans and window units were okay.
- Jaleel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Marcie (10/5): Perfect - The owner was excellent - able to contact when I had a question. The location was excellent for the event we were attending at the State Farm Arena N/A
everything was excellent
- Sacorya (7/5): Apartment was nice & good vibe - Location wasn’t what we expected but the inside of apartment was nice & decorated super cute The heating in the building
- Dyer (8/5): Very good - Its much nicer in person I wish the owner would've had less attitude at the beginning when I asked about confirming the location, though after that the experience was worth it.
- Jones (8/5): We had a great stay with very few complaints, would definitely recommend and stay again - The owner was excellent to work with, we had a minor issue with parking and they did every thing they could to help. Security staff was very helpful as well! The chain link on the door is too long and actually can be opened from the outside.
- Bennett (6/5): Pleasant -
