The hotel offers all the facilities that were advertised and met our expectations in that regard. The food quality was good, and the portions were adequate. Overall, the property offers good value for money. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and the warm and professional behavior of the staff made our experience enjoyable. One point to note is that the hotel does not have a lift, which may pose a challenge for senior citizens or guests with mobility concerns.Also the view from the balcony was not good.

• Gunasekaran (7/5): Good place to stay in Bhimtal - than the over crowed Nainital - The staffs and the manager all were very cooperative - The complimentary breakfast and the food we ordered were good and tasty. The rooms and it's facilties was good. The travel arrangements made by them was excellent. On time drivers, who have through knowledge about the tourist places and temples. They charged 500rs for a room heater for a night. We felt that is bit on a higher side. If they consider reducing the rates of the rooms, they will have more guests.

Rooms were also not that small. Staff is somewhat cooperative. If you are looking just for the stay, then this hotel is value for money (not for peace of mind and location) The rooms were not clean enough, even when told, the lady was a little rude (Though she did clean it afterwards). Location of this place is not great. There was construction going on beside the hotel and the view is also not good.

There was a glass window on one side so u will get all the light from outside till kitchen is open. Breakfast was not setup at 7 o’clock in morning I requested someone to switch off light outside kitchen to get some sleep but after 5min they switched it on again There were people drinking and playing loud music outside the room in below floor The place is not for peace lover or early sleeper Poha was tasteless which we order in evening snack
