The bed was very comfortable, and Luciano and Victor were very attentive to us. I highly recommend this apartment 😊 Everything was perfect!!!! 😊
• Gina.B (3/5): Nu recomand, mai ales dacă aveți ai copii - Aproape de metrou. Când am ajuns l-a locație ne-a întâmpinat un gândac în baie. Apoi în timpul următoarei zile au mai apărut 2. Foarte murdar pe jos. După 5 min de mers prin cameră șosetele erau extrem de murdare. Patul incomod iar salteaua era deformată. Necesită renovare urgență si baia si patul.

• Jose juan (3/5): Solo estuve en la vivienda para dormir - Lo acogedor del local, la ubicación y prácticamente en su interior lo necesario para el día a día. Todas las cosas negativas se pueden corregir si se le pusiera empeño, dinero y un poco de mantenimiento al local La ducha no traga agua, el lavabo tampoco, humedades por todos los habitáculos del local en paredes, no se puede descansar ni en la cama ni en el sofá cama, no pude encender la tele hasta que compré un cable que estaba roto,

La limpieza da mucho que pensar , mal olor de humedad que por suerte no pasamos el día , pero se ha de llegar a poner el aire en caliente y abrir ventanas tal y como me lo indica el dueño por teléfono, paredes con hongos y sucio . El olor a humedad es malo para la salud , las sábanas da la impresión que no se había lavado , cama y sofá cama incómodos !

• Julia (5/5): - La zona en la que estaba era adecuada para nosotros porque íbamos a visitar a una persona que vive por allí. Estaba muy cerca de la calle principal y del centro comercial, también de la zona de Matadero. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado a una hora un poco intempestiva y enseguida nos lo solucionaron, así que la atención estupenda. Necesita bastante mantenimiento, una pata de la mesa estaba rota, la tostadora no funcionaba y teníamos que cambiar las pilas del mando de la televisión al del aire acondicionado, también vimos un par de cucarachas muertas y otro par vivas, lo que nos dió muy mala impresión, sabemos que las cucarachas son difíciles de eliminar y más estando el apartamento a pié de calle, pero aun así...

• Tirado Rivera (10/5): Cómodo y agradable y muy limpio - Apartamento muy cómodo y funcional. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Camas confortables y el sofá cama es nuevo! El barrio es muy silencioso durante la noche y hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes. También hay un centro comercial a 2 minutos y el parque de madrid rio también al lado. Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto!
• Karolina (5/5): Obskurne miejsce za duże pieniądze - Lokalizacja, odległość do metra i sklepów W pokoju śmierdziało wilgocią i stęchlizną. Przy wejściu przywitały nas karaluchy. Właściciel doskonale o nich wie bo w szafce w kuchni zostawił preparat na insekty. Ręczniki śmierdziały i nie były doprane i wyblakłe z plamami od wybielacza. Pościel dla trzeciej osoby nawet nie była przygotowana. Szukałam dodatkowej pościeli pod łóżkiem w którym bylo pełno gratów. Kanapa wymaga wyczyszczenia. Aż strach bylo na niej siadać. Podłoga tez brudna. W łazience tylko deszczownica..nawet nie bylo słuchawki żeby można bylo sie nią opłukac. Dywanik w łazience dawno powinien znalezc sie koszu. Brudny. Daleko temu do apartamentu.

Lo primero que no gustó fué, que no estaba nada limpio, los bajantes atascados, la ducha ligerita o se anega el cuarto de baño. Una sartén, que es lo que hay, para tirarla, el tostador no funciona y las sabanas del sofá cama chicas, o tapas el sofá o te tapas tú... No volvería.

Victor y Luciano fueron muy amables y nos respondieron a nuestras dudas. Muy buena experiencia. La verdad tuve una muy buena experiencia, no tengo nada negativo que decir.
• Agustin (5/5): Tienen que reformar la comodidad xq cobrar si cobran bien - La ubicación era buena, los aires funcionaban bien y la ducha aunq estaba un poco dejada el agua bastante bien Las sábanas no estaban lavadas, el sofá cama estaba demasiado sucio y con pelos de estar un animal, en general la limpieza era bastante baja y para el descanso bastante poco cómodo

La cama súper undida y las almohadas olían fatal, tenía una fuga el grifo de la cocina y no vinieron a arreglarlo y el aparcamiento era zona verde solo para residentes. No volveremos.
• Vanessa (1/5): Para no volver - Había de todo tipo de producto limpieza,útiles,etc En general nada al llegar todo tipo de productos para evitar cucarachas, las cuales habían en el apartamento, sofá cama incómodo, la limpieza brillaba por la ausencia lleno de humedades el cable roto de la antena de TV allí la mesa de centro rota mi hija pequeña se raspo porque estaba rota evitemos estar el barrio de lo peorcito para ir en familia lleno suelos y coches de chinas de masajes

• Saavedra (9/5): An affordable and comfortable place for a stay in Madrid - Everything was clean and there were many useful things to use for any type of traveller. The location is near metro station, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, cafes which is awesome. Ideal for families with children. The place is a little bit dark but it has good bulb lights.
• Radovanović (1/5): Cockroaches apartman - Location is ok, Apartman is big enough. First of all, for 5 days we didnt get any sleep. Cockroach that run and scratch all over apartman EVERY NIGHT! First morning i inform owner, he said that he will fix problem but no, neither he solved the problem nor contact us to see if we still have problem with cockroaches. For 100eur per day! Embarrassing and shameful and disrespecting! Second, apartman have two windows, one at back that look at neighbor building and have 0 sunlight and one at front that looks on the street, if you open curtains every body from the street can look into apartmant, if you dont you be in cave like dark all day.

I am writing this review to alert potential guests about the deeply troubling experience we had at Apartamentos Bielsa ‘Madrid Rio’. Our ordeal began right from the moment we arrived and persisted throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that our apartment was not ready, which was just the beginning of a series of disappointments. More distressingly, upon our return to hopefully check in (2 hours later), we discovered our apartment left wide open with our unattended luggage inside, posing a severe risk of theft. The apartment’s condition was nothing short of deplorable. A broken bed, dirty linens, and extensive mold on the walls and in the bathroom, emitting a strong, unhealthy odor, made our stay not only uncomfortable but also concerning for our health. This situation was worsened by unbearable noise levels due to poor insulation. Most appalling, however, was the response to our complaints. The apartment manager blatantly disregarded our experience, offering a mere 50 EUR as compensation in exchange for a positive review!!. This unethical proposition highlights a complete disregard for guest satisfaction and safety, focusing instead on manipulating their online reputation. Despite reaching out to Booking.com’s customer service, the resolution has been far from satisfactory. Our holiday experience has been irreparably marred by these events. I urge anyone considering this property to think twice. The lack of basic standards of cleanliness and security, combined with the unethical approach to guest feedback, is unacceptable. This establishment should not be listed until substantial improvements are made and ethical standards are upheld.

• Andrea (1/5): To forget - I booked this apartment with high expectations, but unfortunately it was a terrible experience. From the advertisement, it was not clear that it was a ground floor apartment, with the door directly onto the street, exposed to traffic noise and the smell of smog, as well as a smell of garbage coming from the street. The second window, only two in total, in the apartment also overlooked an internal courtyard with unpleasant cooking odors and humidity. The situation worsened when I found three dead cockroaches the next morning and noticed dust on the furniture and long, black hair in the bathroom, clearly not mine. I had to leave the apartment after only one night to find clean, safe accommodation at my own expense. Unfortunately, neither the host nor Booking did anything to resolve the situation, and I did not receive a refund for the two nights I was unable to use. It was truly an unpleasant experience, and I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation and, if possible, booking elsewhere through. The Voienti Booking service then: AWFUL! He never solved it.
