• Sasha (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again due to location - Clean and bed comftable Location, smell of food inside room from outside, duvet cover not cotton but velour which is hot and uncomfortable against skin
• Shona (7/5): Location not fab but enjoyed great bathroom and communal kitchen very useful - Loved the big bathroom and walk in shower. The communal kitchen with laundry was great as well. Overall, we thought it was a good deal as we were staying on off peak days. We were amused by the glitter … in floor surfaces, walls, curtains, bench tops plus whacky lighting in communal area! The location wasn’t great - not central - apparently a student area but kind of lacking any vibe. We’re retirees so the student thing wasn’t what we were looking for. It was crazy hot. Even with the fan on, it was unbearable. There was a nasty smell of either cleaning products or room fresheners in the hallway and communal area. The communications with the host were really creepy. Very litigious and threatening. We were asked to pay an extra damage deposit - this literally sat along Booking.com statement saying don’t click on links or give your passport details. It all worked out fine but it was quite stressful

• Helen (4/5): - Secure accommodation. The location isn't great. The accommodation was very basic, no signage to show where anything was, didn't find the outdoor area as shown. Tea & coffee provided but no milk. Considering we have stayed in bed and breakfast for a few pounds more, we did not consider this to be value for money.

• Nicky (6/5): Kempston apartments review - Clean,basic clean,quite ample kitchen dining area The refundable deposit is in very small print on your booking email which we hadn't paid so arriving after 6 found it hard to get contact from a human being only on watts app but eventually got sorted,location is at least a 20 mins walk from city centre but all good apart from that

Would highly reccomend. Will stay here again when back in liverpool. Owner was alaqays on hamd if needed Everything was perfect.

Comfy bed, great shower and good kitchen area I sent a query asking if the code for the door remained in place till check out time as I was going out in the morning and returning to checkout because I have had issues with other accommodation previously. It was good that this was the case but unfortunately they didn't reply to the message so I wasn't sure u till I got back to the property

• Rebecca (5/5): - The manager was rude. Even though I sent my ID they apparently never received it and she never sent check in details until I arrived. I kept looking for details but I wasn’t sent anything, we spent an hour in distress and I was in tears. No empathy etc from the manager and she only sent information after the phone call and not before us arriving. She was unprofessional and her tone was disgusting.

• Milton Omar (1/5): Decepcionado - No me gustó nada la mala atención y cuando uno reservar en estas aplicaciones como Bookin no se mencionan que tienen reglas para poder entrar al hotel que sea mayor de 26 años. Yo estoy de acuerdo que cada hotel tenga sus normas pero cuando uno reserva un hotel por lo menos debería mencionar que no aceptan menores de 25 años en ese hotel que se cancelo en su totalidad yo como padre se la reserve desde mi País Guatemala sin saber que ellos tenían estas reglas no se si lo hacen por ganar más dinero y le cancelan todo solo por eso. Y el hotel no nos dio ninguna respuesta solo nos dijo que si querían que mis hijos se quedarán en otro hotel con baño compartido como es posible eso cuando se está pagando un hotel de 4.7 estrellas Yo personalmente no recomiendo esta clase de hoteles tuve que reservar otro hotel de mejores estrellas y sin ningún problema que mal servicio. Recomendaciones antes de reservar en este hotel pidan cuales son las reglas para no perder su dinero como me paso a mi. Mal mal mal mal servicio

• Rob (8/5): It was a lovely clean and comfy bed just what I needed to feel fresh fo my journey home - I thought the lady working cleaning was a absolute treasure she went above and beyond to help me check in she’s worth her weight in gold can’t thank her enough she had finished work but stayed on help me wonderful lady I booked through booking.com I paid my money but due to my phone not working properly I didn’t receive message about id photo and deposit I rang number I received many times no answer if it had not been for the clearn lady finishing her work and releasing i was having problems it would have been a nightmare she saved the day and helped me so much

• Kenneth (1/5): We were unable to to gain access to the property, as we arrived 2 hours early - The price We were unable to to gain access to the property, as we arrived 2 hours early and we were unable to talk to anyone in the property’s office or by telephone, my wife was not impressed with the area and felt it may have been unsafe to stay there, so we went to the Holiday Inn in Lime St and booked in there for the weekend were we had a wonderful time, because of this I can not rate this property. • Anje Margaretha Anna (8/5): Buen sitio para pasar una estancia y conocer la ciuda. - Limpio, amplio, buen decorado , la sala común limpio y buena idea tener una sala/cocina común. También bastante bien situado. 20 minutos andando al centro. No hay limpieza, para pocos días no importa pero por lo menos dejan más toalla para la estancia. El lavabo demasiado pequeño.

• stuart (7/5): A good place, well situated but, i will not stay here again - the location, only a short walk from lime street station, Its not until you have got all the way through the booking before you are told you need to pay a security deposit!, i did not like the aggressive messaging telling you, you will be charged if you call them after 21;00, or if you damage anything. There are no staff available at check in, so its your word against theirs if the accuse you of any damage, also there are signs posted all over the place saying if you stain or mark the carpets you will charged!, if they had a member of staff on site then this aggressive messaging could be averted
