Klein terras met bank en twee ligstoelen. Centrum op 10 minuten lopen. Voor het strand heb je een auto nodig. Vanuit terras op begane grond zicht op de geparkeerde auto’s. Het Japanse bed is prachtig maar zeer laag. Lijkt mij een dingetje als je wat ouder bent. Locatie in buitenwijk met weinig uitstraling.

• smith (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment - Clean comfortable ground floor apartment with fridge and porch area, great communication with host if anything extra was required, great situation for local amenities/restaurants/bars/shop/coffee shops and beautiful bakery. Great spot for individuals who do not drive as everything is close by, however if you do drive, there is specified parking too. Fairly quiet area and only 45 minute walk from the beach. Parking was right at our porch area so if you require more privacy then not ideal for the ground floor apartments however all upper floor balcony's seem more private. Nothing to note otherwise, it is the perfect location and we had nothing bad to say about the apartment. It was very modern and comfortable to stay in.

Possibilité de se garer devant l’immeuble ou dans une rue à quelques mètres. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et équipée (bouilloire, cafetière avec disettes, micro ondes, sèche cheveux …). Majitel velmi vstřícný a snaživý. Všude čisto a snaha o udržení pořádku. Vybavení dostačující i pro přípravu jídla.

• Guest (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft für einen Urlaub an der Ostküste. - Die Unterkunft ist schön, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, wenn man die Ostküste besichtigen möchte. Dafür ist auf jeden Fall empfohlen, ein Auto zu haben. Die Stadt kann man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen. Es gibt nichts, was problematisch war.

• Aventador23 (10/5): Modernes Apartment im Herzen von Orosei - Super modernes Apartment in Orosei. Man erreich das Zentrum des kleinen Örtchen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand von Orosei sind es etwa. 4km. Ich würde auf Sardinien grundsätzlich einen Mietwagen empfehlen. Das Apartment selbst ist hell und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Backofen, Induktionskochfeld und eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine. Unser Host Domenico war stets erreichbar und hat uns bereits vor unserer Anreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen hinsichtlich Check-In, Parken usw. informiert. Darüber hinaus hat er uns noch ein PDF mit Tipps für Restaurants, Unternehmungen usw. geschickt. Absolut klasse.
• Stefanie (10/5): Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft, top Gastgeber - Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber, viel Platz. Parken ist problemlos, die Lage sehr gut und ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß lecker Essen gehen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Gastgeber Domenico. Er hatte sämtliche Informationen und viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt perfekt zusammengestellt. Wir haben dadurch gute Restaurants gefunden. Der Self-Check-In läuft problemlos. 100%Weiterempfehlung. Der Ausblick war bei uns von der Terrasse nicht so schön (Parkplatz), war uns aber auch nicht wichtig und wir würden dafür keinen Abzug geben. Die Terrasse selber war top, sogar mit Kühlschrank:

Probabilmente dalle foto non si capiva bene la tipologia di camera: nel nostro caso non c’era un balconcino ma delle vetrate che davano sul corridoio di passaggio / ingresso dal parcheggio. Quindi per provacy bisognava tenere le tende chiuse, un po’ scomodo anche per stendere i panni.

Ottima posizione con parcheggio a 5 min a piedi dal centro del paese di Orosei, che la rende comoda e allo stesso tempo silenziosa. I principali servizi sono tutti a portata di mano (supermercati, forno, bar ecc..) L’host è stato impeccabile, ci ha fornito una serie di informazioni molto utili al nostro arrivo e ha risposto sempre tempestivamente a ogni nostra richiesta. Assolutamente consigliato, ci tornerei! Niente.

Small fridge on our outside balcony when we thought we were getting a kitchenette. No where to hang your towels in the bathroom. No office or reception, so we had to call a phone number with any requests or problems. Tried to use Netflix but obviously the previous guest was German as it was in German language and we couldn’t change it and we didn’t want to call the phone number as it was late, whereas if there was an office we could have and would have attended the office for assistance. We received a message at the end of our stay to give them a 10 star rating?!!

• Michela (10/5): Ottima vacanza soprattutto grazie alla bellissima struttura dove abbiamo soggiornato! La consigliamo vivamente. - La posizione, struttura nuova e curata, accessibile al centro di Orosei e ai negozi a piedi in pochi minuti, zona tranquilla senza rumore. In 20-30 minuti si raggiungono le più belle spiagge. Si potrebbe ottimizzare meglio lo spazio dei parcheggi sia sul laterale che all’entrata, si potrebbero guadagnare 2 posti senza problemi.
• Graf (10/5): Moderne Unterkunft in süßem, sardischen Städtchen - Sehr sauber, moderner Einrichtungsstil, unkomplizierter Check-in inklusive Tipps vom Anbieter. Es war etwas hellhörig, weil direkt neben unserem Zimmer eine Waschmaschine stand, die häufig in Nutzung war.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Komfortowy czysty pokój. - Bardzo czysty i zadbany apartament ,jest lodówka,mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy, żelasko i odkurzacz w pokoju,, nowoczesny wystrój, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, jest pomocny i sympatyczny, chętny do pomocy gdy się coś dzieje. Gorąco polecam ^^ Nie podobało mi sie jedynie zbyt krótki pobyt, chciałoby sie zostać tam dłużej ;)
• Laura (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a quiet area close to the town centre. Decorated to a very high standard. - Such a high quality apartment, there was so much space and the bed was very comfortable. I love the stylish and clean aesthetic and the host was very attentive. Nothing - was fab!

• Elli (10/5): - The apartment was in a very nice location, was very modern, and was well equipped with many amenities. The balcony was a peaceful place to relax, and the bed was very comfortable. Domenico was a great host who made sure we enjoyed our time in Orosei by offering suggestions.

• Sandra (10/5): très bel appartement luxueux avec parking à coté du centre et propriétaire très sympa et réactif - Très belle chambre dans un complexe tout neuf et très élégant . Communication parfaite avec Domenico pour arriver un peut plus tot et deposer mes bagages . Douche à jets , c'était top !! Super bien situé !! Il faut juste savoir que la toilette est à coté de la douche donc on a les pieds mouillés si on y va dans l'heure qui suit la douche

The location is also excellent. Domenico is a wonderful person: very kind, always quick to respond, and incredibly helpful in any situation. He sent us a detailed PDF guide that made our stay even easier. I highly recommend this hotel 100% — great experience from start to finish!

• Milan (10/5): Our short stay in Orosei - We have chosen this plase as our base for beach trips around Orosei. It was the best decision that we did. Rooms are huge, modern, clean and perfectly furnished. Plenty of parking options next to accomodation and on the street nearby. Communication with the host was perfect also. He shared all information about accomodatio and as a bonus, he shared also local tips with us which was incredibely helpful for us. Free coffee, netflix, bottle of wine and bottle of beer. There is also a free shared washing maxine, ironing board and iron in case you need it. Shower gel and shampoo is also includued. As well as many towels. A/C working perfectly. There was nothing that we would complain about. -

Orosei je savršeno polazište za obilazak uvale Orosei u kojoj su smještene predivne plaže Cala Luna, Cala Goloritze, Cala Mariollu...Domenico je izuzetno ljubazan domaćin i distupan za sve informacije..Sve preporuke. Sve nam se svidjelo.
• Lucy (8/5): Slick and modern apartment. Complex is a bit out of the main area, only a 10 minute walk but felt a bit like we were on - New, modern and clean apartment. Helpful phone chargers by the bed. Host very communicative. The couches desperately need to be replaced. They bounce back up at you when you try and sit on them. While the apartment itself was very clean and new and slick, the building felt unfinished and it was in a bit of a random spot in town.

• Megi (10/5): - Alllllles war einfach perfekt !!! Die Lage 8 Gehminuten von der süssesn Altstadt, die Wohnung gross und sauber, seeehr praktisch und modern und wirklich Smart und luxuriös. Noch dazu war Domenico so zuvorkommend mit den Check in Check out zeiten und self check in sehr einfach. Er gab uns eine Pdf mit tollen tips Strände Bars Restaurants. perfekter Aufenthalt! Man kann nichts bemängeln, es hat keinen Lift aber es gibt nur 1 OG und uns wurde geholfen die Koffer hochzubringen 🫶🏼
• Péter (10/5): - Nagyon modern, szép berendezésű szoba fürdővel, tágas tusolóval. Szuper volt a nagy terasz. Domenico nagyon segítőkész mindenben, jó ajánlásokat és tippeket adott a környék felfedezésére. Extra igényünket is teljesítette. A ház saját parkolóval rendelkezik. A belváros gyalogosan is könnyen elérhető.

Comfortable bed/furniture, fast internet, great amenities, and the host is extremely responsive, kind and very flexible. He gave us so many great recommendations, what to visit, where to eat, where to shop… We would have loved to stay longer. For sure book this apartment if you come to Orosei. 10/10 recommend! -
