• Yasmin (1/5): Ein Obdachlosenheim ist sauberer 🤢 - Es war fürchterlich dreckig, es hat gestunken, Bettlaken und Handtücher waren schmutzig und haben nach Kacke und Kotze gerochen. Das Bett war dreckig, der Boden war dreckig, die Küche hab ich nicht benutzt, weil sie katastrophal dreckig ausgestattet war. In den Ecken war Schimmel, die Dusche ist undicht, die Toilette ist dreckig, es war unaufgeräumt, Reinigungsmittel lagen einfach so rum, Staubsauger stand mitten im Zimmer, Türen sind verdreckt und undicht, ich könnte nich weiter erzählen, aber mir kommt schon beim Schreiben wieder die Kotze hoch...

• przemek.karpinsky (10/5): - Byliśmy krótko, ale apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Wygodnie, czysto, dobre wyposażenie, fajna lokalizacja. Blisko piechotą na lotnisko i do centrum, morze niedaleko. Polecamy! Można poprawić komunikację. Szukam noclegów na booking.com, by móc wszystko robić online, automatycznie, np. ustawiać godzinę przyjazdu czy wymieniać wiadomości z właścicielem obiektu. Tutaj przez ponad 10 godzin nie było odzewu, co było trochę stresujące, biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że byliśmy w Kopenhadze załatwiać sprawy związane ze ślubem i nie mieliśmy czasu na szukanie dodatkowych możliwość kontaktu. Udało się jednak dodzwonić, gdy zbliżał się czas zameldowania i cały proces przebiegł bez przeszkód 🙂

• Lena (5/5): If you need just a basic place for a short overnight stay, it is ok. - I got a description and could find the place accordingly. Key parts like bed, toilet and place to eat were clean although the rest of the space was a bit cluttered. The place did not feel like newly renovated as it says in the description. Small bathroom but it was ok.
• Glauco (7/5): ottimo per l'aeroporto - Usato per passare la notte in attesa del volo mattutino, si trova a tre fermate e 10 minuti a piedi dall’aeroporto (e 4 fermate da Christiania, quindi penso molto comodo anche per visitare il centro). L’appartamento si trova in uno dei quartieri più silenziosi (inizio marzo) nei quali sia mai stato e si compone di un ambiente unico con cucina e letto a castello (matrimoniale sotto e singolo sopra) e un bagno estremamente piccolo (circa 2 mq). Il quartiere è silenzioso, l’appartamento un po’ meno in quanto datato. Anche il pavimento crea rumore in quanto sollevato (e lo stesso capita anche per le altre unità). Non capisco l’abitudine dei nordici di non avere protezioni alle finestre. Se siete sensibili alla luce solare, portatevi delle mascherine, in quanto non è presente niente Altra nota è che il titolare NON risponde ai messaggi. Non ho avuto nessun problema, ma se dovesse succedere un ritardo o altro non saprei quale possa essere risultato. Da valutare se è possibile avere altri ospiti straniere in casa, in quanto è segnato che l’appartamento è trattato come ostello…io ero solo, ma questa frase mi ha lasciato il dubbio.

• michael (3/5): Fin leilighet men i denne tilstanden burde den ikke står for utleie - Beliggenhet, internett virket, balkon livsfarlig elektrisk anlegg, dårlige lysforhold, avløp vask/dusj på badet var tett slik at man sto fort i vannet; måtte bruke kjøkkenvask. Jeg fikk løst noe, slik vik kunne brukt dusjen. Rusten og skitten hybelkomfyr. Etasjeseng hvor den øvre madrassen ga et ekkelt inntrykk. Ny renovert: noen gikk men en brei pensel og hvit maling over veggene inkl rør lamper etc. Ikke pent. Ellers var leiligheten ikke oppusset. Viser til bildene

Kaina puikiai atitiko kokybę. - Gera vieta dėl oro uosto, iki kurio galima nueiti pėsčiomis per mažiau nei valanda. Ir gera kaina, nelabai yra ko panašaus už tiek. Bute yra viskas ko gali prireikti, galima sakyti, beveik apie viską pagalvota. Galėtų būti tv. Šiaip jeigu kainą būtų didesnė, tada galima būtų vardinti kažkokius minusus, bet už tokia kainą nėra prie ko prikibti.
• Luca Vittorio (2/5): - L'appartamento è in una posizione comoda, in 15 minuti sei al centro e in 15 minuti sei in aereoporto L'appartamento è arredato male, con cose rotte, disordinato e con cattivo odore, regna la sciattezza più totale, l'abbandono e il disinteresse totale nel rendere accogliente l'ambiente. Il bagno ha poi bisogno di un capitolo a se: tralasciando l'aspetto estetico, che dubito comunque in questo caso possa essere soggettivo, è angusto, minuscolo, il lavandino è ricavato all'interno stesso della doccia e come se non bastasse perde copiosamente ad ogni utilizzo. Ci dispiace perché è la prima recensione brutta che lasciamo ma in passato abbiamo pagato cifre inferiori per camere del genere e ci siamo comunque sentiti a casa e con ogni confort necessario. Questa non vale il prezzo pagato.

Le métro est à quelques minutes à pied et dessert le centre ville rapidement. L'arrivée est très flexible grâce à Jannick, merci à lui ! La température est vraiment bonne dans l'appartement c'est très agréable surtout en plein hiver :) Les clochers sonnent tous les matins assez tôt ce qui écourte un peu les nuits mais ça fait partie du folklore !!

• Marta (8/5): Accogliente, comoda, pratica. - Struttura in una buona posizione vicino alla metro. Stanza molto riscaldata ed accogliente. Letti comodi e forniti di cuscini e coperte. La cucina molto attrezzata e anche in bagno diversi prodotti da poter usare. Il bagno era un po’ piccolo e si faticava a muoversi al suo interno, forse da implementare un elemento che separi il wc dalla doccia.

• Amalie (8/5): For the price, location, and good bed, it’s a great place for a short amount of time/maybe a week. - We all liked the beds, fresh sheets, towels, cozy little balcony, and the microwave. For a place with basically only 2 rooms and 1 being the bathroom, there was pretty roomy. Even though I was skeptical of the very small bathroom, with the sink inside the shower, i fit pretty decent, so not a problem. The kitchen area really needs a clean and an update. All the dishes were greasy and there were only 2 very small bowls, which resulted in us eating cereal out of pots - it’s funnier now than in the moment.

Ligger på første sal og tæt på bus 31 og ca. 600 meter til nærmeste Metro, Lergravsparken. Var bestemt ikke glad for at vinduerne mod gaden (eneste) ikke kunne blokeres med god gardindækning, da andre beboelser overfor kunne se direkte ind i lejligheden!

Легкий доступ в жильё. И несложные инструкции для входа в квартиру. Пришлось поубирать на кухне и привести в порядок стол, а также искать полотенца. На столе, холодильнике и остальных поверхностях пыль не вытирали минимум несколько недель. Кое-что из посуды было грязным после использования, необходимо было перемыть хотя бы то, чем планировала пользоваться. Не очень хотелось замещать горничную в отпуске. Это было неприятно.

• Zalewska (10/5): Polecam na niskobudżetowy a jednocześnie komfortowy wyjazd - Łatwe i bezkontaktowe zameldowanie, mieszkanie małe, ale wszystko, co potrzebne, się w nim znajduje. Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko pieszo, bezpiecznie. Mały balkon, cicha okolica, mało ruchliwa ulica, więc miło zjeść na nim śniadanie czy wypić kawę. Mieszanie wymaga remontu, widać ślady zużycia.

Si trova a 3 fermate dall'aerporto ma comunque il centro resta facilmente raggiungibile con la metro (linea 2) che funziona H24. Ha 2 fermate di questa metro che sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi (7-10 minuti). è un quartiere residenziale, quindi tranquillo. Alloggio ideale per brevi soggiorni, 2 notti max. è un monolocale, quindi lo spazio è poco ma se fosse sfruttato meglio avrebbe sicuramente più potenziale. Il bagno è il grande limite, davvero molto piccolo con doccia sopra il lavandino. Alloggio ideale per brevi soggiorni, 2 notti max.

God service fra udlejer, der hurtigt svarede og skaffede den hårtørrer, der manglede. Måske newly renovated nogle steder, men lejligheden er stadig slidt. Ikke gardiner for alle vinduer. Belysning ikke hyggelig.

• ivi iviv (5/5): Φθηνό αλλά όχι τόσο καθαρό - “Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν βολική για να πας στο κέντρο της πόλης ακόμη και με τα πόδια αν θελεις να περπατήσεις, είναι πολύ κοντά σε μετρό, περίπου 10' από το αεροδρόμιο και στη θάλασσα! Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη, έχει μπαλκόνι και κήπο." Το σπίτι δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρό όσο περιμέναμε. Ελπίζω να γίνουν βελτιώσεις, γιατί το μέρος έχει καλές προοπτικές.

• Wendy (5/5): Never going back - Extremely small toilet and the bath area almost doesn’t exist. The upper bed in the bunk bed is so weak, we could only use the lower bed. No curtains. I stayed there with my daughter and had a really hard time. No eateries near by. Unfortunately not worth it.

Church bells early in the morning (the church is the closest neighbour) Some really weird solutions when it comes to electricity and lamps( a papermug covering a lightbulb?) A janitor knocked on the door 8' o clock to check something, but we were already awake because of the church bells so... Also, pay- per -view is maybe available, but since there is no tv we still don't know if that's correct... There are some signs of renovation, but it seems they might have run out of materials and colour somewhere halfway?😆

Neto store just up the and a couple of food places nearby. its an easy walk to the beach, and the location is nice and safe. really only suitable for a short stay and 2 people, you would have to be very good friends to make it 3. The renovations are still a work in progress and the electicals would not pass any certifiacation. But if you are just there for a bed and want to be close to the beach and metro line its great

I walked from the city centre. Useful studio apartment with good wifi, desk, kitchenette. Again, communication about check in arrangement needs to be sooner! A bit tatty in places - needs tlc.

• Nigel (8/5): Fantastic budget apartment for facilities and location - For the price, location, and facilities, this apartment met all the requirements for a worthwhile stay. There's not much to complain about, where we felt at home, with the host keeping in regular contact and providing easy instruction to enable us easy access into the apartment. If you want to get a good budget break, this apartment and location is perfect for a fulfilling time. Plenty of supermarkets with reasonable prices in the area, to get a good meal that you can make at the apartment feeling like home. This place to stay was also good to be walking distance from the airport, not being too far from the city centre, with good public transport locations not too far away, such as bus stops and metro stations. We will no doubt return if the price for our stay remains at an affordable budget price.

All the facilities you need in a compact space including very good wifi, desk and kitchenette. Quiet residential area. Good value for Copenhagen. I would stay again. Shower space very small and needs some tlc. A mop to dry the shower room floor would be good. Mattress very soft. It would be very helpful to have more advance clarity about check in procedure and location i.e. where street door is and which floor apartment is on.

• Hossein (3/5): Poor - The location was far from the city. It was a low-quality place and an old, worn-out unit. The beds were old and noisy, the sheets were uncleaned and used, and the floor was dirty. I did not like it at all. This disrespects a guest who booked a place to enjoy and rest on a clean property. on the other hand, providing the client with incorrect information is a kind of cheat.

• Emil (8/5): Warm, small apartment with convenient location - Firstly the location is great - for this price, you won't find a similar apartment. Convenient location. It is close to the airport and to the center. We only used the metro which had two metro stations a few minutes walk away. There is also a grocery store nearby. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and clean. The apartment had everything we needed. It was warm, had hot water, extra towels. It was very convenient for us - there was a small kitchen where you can prepare food, tea, coffee. For me personally the place was cosy, nothing pretentious, but it was nicer than I expected. The host was kind and the accommodation was very comfortable. The place needs major cleaning and tidying up. It would make the apartment much more pleasant. However for us it was super.

• Szabina (7/5): Good place to stay for a few days - Quite surrounding, well equipped kitchen, towels and clean linen. A little bit old and it need renovation but we had everything we needed. My husband snores. I was hoping for a separate living room, but there was absolutely no room to sleep separately. I didn't sleep for a minute, but at least I had a roof over my head. The mattress is too soft.
• David (7/5): It is acceptable for the price, but consider spending at least a bit more elsewhere. - All the equipment we needed was there and worked. The accomodation is within walking distance from metro and bus. The equipment quality is low - furniture, bathroom, wiring... It works, but does not look good in person and sometimes is not very comfortable (especially the bed). There are multiple carpets partially layed on top of each other. Furthermore, it seems that they have been slightly moved, so they do not fit in the room properly anymore.

• Jobaer (7/5): Good - The location is close to the airport. I had to catch an early morning flight, and my commute to the airport took less than 10 minutes. The bathroom/toilet was a bit smaller than I prefer.
• Bauer (4/5): It’s very cheap and convenient but would not stay at again because it felt dingy. - It was close to the airport and metro stop, and it was easy to find. The price was cheap. It is more of like a dorm room that someone lives in and rents out. It’s tiny and the rug and furnishings were very worn. The bathroom is super tiny, and it didn’t feel like it was the cleanest place to stay.
• Fei (1/5): Not recommend - I feel the owner is still living in here on daily bases and he rents out if there is an order in. The bathroom, kitchen are Very filthy even though you can tell the owner tried his best to clean it up. Overall, I just felt that I stayed at someone’s house for one night only while that house is purposely not ready for Airbnb or hotel at all.

The apartment is old and cluttered, not very clean, several layers of carpet, maybe that's where the musty smell comes from, the bunk bed wobbles, the bathroom is so small that the sink is in the shower.
