• Annabel (9/5): - The beds were comfortable, as was the hammock outside.Having AC was useful. The pool felt quite empty of water when we arrived but we messaged them and they told us where the hose was kept to top up the pool water. There is no wardrobe in the main room - there is a massive space for hanging clothes but you only get 3 or 4 hangers... there is nowhere to put out clothes. Some shelves would have been nice so I dragged a chair into the room to put my suitcase on and had to live out of the suitcase. That was a little strange. And one of the electric scooters has an old battery which dies after 20mins of use so please make sure to fix that!

• Bobby (3/5): Disappointing, we had great expectations and management and property fell short. - The location was great and walking distance to many great restaurants. The low water pressure during showers was not good, lack of paper towels, information about location like trash disposal procedures. Pool had empty chlorine floating unit with chlorine tablets just resting on the floor of pool. Pool seemed over chlorinated but the pool came in handy when running was not available during our second to last day. Family could not bathe, eat or use the restroom until we started bringing buckets of water from pool to fill toilet tank. Called manager for assistance and 3 hours later we had repairs underway. The majority of the day was wasted, we had an excursion planned but we were not going to leave our personal items to the manager or her staff. This was unfortunate for both parties but my family was on vacation. The manager offered to compensate my family for vacation loss time at $17, I thought this was a clerical error, it should had been at least one day loss of time. We won’t stay there again, manager also mentioned that the downtown area historically has issues with water which is what she thought the problem was not the water storage containers not filling and having issues. My family was also awaken by the pool guy on our last day to clean pool, he stated that he cleared with management, I asked him to come back after 11am, after we checked out.

• Maite (10/5): Great house in the heart of Merida! - I loved the decoration, the planning of the space and the location is amazing! Nothing to complain!
• Vincenzo (9/5): Very charming house in central location. - Nice house, plenty of charme and nicely decorated. Comfortable rooms with sufficient space for 4 persons. Very central location. A bit noisy as it is on ground floor and one of the bedrooms has window on the street.

• Susanne (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, the house is beautiful and has everything you need and the hosts are super helpful and communicative. GREAT accommodation ... only with a little "negative" side note, if you are sensitive to sound and light at night. The downside of the accommodation: the walls are very thin, so the sound of the traffic at night is very loud. As well the bedrooms have a little window in the roof which can't be covered. So, even at night the room is slightly light. I needed to sleep with sleep mask & ear plugs to make sure to get rest at night.
