• Kaycie (9/5): Great Comfortable Stay, Good Location - Our Beach House in Bribie, is an extremely comfortable stay, it has everything you need in the kitchen, tv in every room, good location, easy parking, hosts were nice, air con in main room was good, pool was good for the kids. We will stay again. The front managers (not the hosts) were not friendly at all, I would suggest not dealing with them, only speak to the hosts directly as it is privately owned. It is up 3 flights of stairs not a big deal but just good to know if you have kids, no air con in the bedroom (only portable ones) so it does get a bit warmer in there.
• Iva (10/5): Highly recommended for family get aways - I loved the communication with the host Marian and Andrea were very great and helpful always attending to our needs and requirements definitely not a disappointment everything was so convenient for me and my little family stay the kids had an awesome time to top it off we really made use of the stay with a pool area and bbq highly recommend to families who want to escape or unwind definitely is the spot to stay will never disappoint

• Teresa (1/5): Unable to stay as owner failed to provide access code and bookings could not get hold of them. We were lucky to find alt - We were unable to stay in the property as we were not provided with the access code. We had to organise our own alternate arrangements as the owner did not respond until after 9pm.
• Trimleygirl (8/5): - The apartment was comfortable and clean and the bedrooms and living areas were spacious, the kitchen provided a good range of cooking equipment. There were plenty of parking spaces and undercover secure parking was provided. The apartment was a short stroll from cafes/restaurants and beautiful views across the water. The pool was clean and very welcoming after a warm day out exploring. The listing did not mention the flights of stairs to carry heavy suitcases up and blackout blinds for the bedrooms would be great due to very early sunrises waking us before 5am.

• Chris (9/5): Everything that our family needed was within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. - Was within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. It was also right across from the water Need a bathroom facility at the pool so you don’t have to walk up and down the stairs, especially if staying on top floor
• Geralyn (9/5): Superb - Location was lovely very clean and tidy. beds comfortable everything we needed for the stay. very hot in rooms even with fans going . air con did not make it to the rooms at all. maybe putting air con in room for more comfort. Had internet but could not access the Wi-Fi password. a lot stairs not very good for access for special needs or wheelchairs.
• Pavel (7/5): Good - Nice apartment, which is decorated with a lot of love. - Great location close to shops, RSL, Bowling club, park and a beach shore - A lot of entertainment options in the room - board games, fishing gear, inflatables, Xbox 360, bodyboards - Swiming pool in the complex Bedroom really really needs proper Air condition!!! Host provides portable evaporative air con for the 2 bedrooms which simply don't handle the QLD heatwaves and don't work during high humidity. It was sweltering hot during our stay - 36'C outside and the single aircon in the living room didn't work properly. It affected our stay and we dreaded the night. The apartment is on the top floor and hot air is lingering in the hallway and under eaves until late hours. While it might be ok in winter, in summer it wasn't sufficient.

• Camielle (7/5): Ideal holiday apartment location on Bribe Island - Right across the road from the beach and within walking distance to parks, a cafe, and an IGA for groceries. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen necessities, washer, drier with cleaning soaps. There was a very new large tv with gaming console and Netflix available. Host/apartment provided fishing and beach equipment for use. Apartment gets very hot being on the top floor. There was only one split air conditioner in the apartment, so it got challenging to keep the whole apartment cool. I wasn't aware there were no lifts, so it can be difficult to walk three flights of stairs carrying large luggage. Wasn't sure if we could park in the undercover parking but our car is a 4WD so wouldn't have fit underneath the height restrictions, again this wasn't communicated. Overall, I'd say the price for the weekend is high for an outdated apartment.

Very thoughtful hosts with great communication so could access the property easily. Complex had a great sized pool and it was right next to beach, shops and eateries, so heaps to do.

Thank you ki - Very clean, comfortable furniture and bedding, very well stocked kitchen, lots of small things that make a stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great communication from host. Good short stay. Bedroom with two double beds has a ceiling fan that only works with light on, the portable room cooler didn’t cool the room enough, unfortunately which left the room feeling muggy.

• Adrienne (8/5): An enjoyable introduction to Bribie Island life. - The location was amazing. The apartment was well stocked with essentials. There was a lovely family vibe. Well cared for plants throughout added to the lovely atmosphere. There were quite a lot of ornaments about the place which was disconcerting with children but nothing came to any harm.
• Hannah (9/5): Amazing but we wish the pool was heated - The location was perfect for us and our kids In the room with the two beds the fan couldn’t be turned on as the light wouldn’t turn off and the portable air con wasn’t cold

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location with the beach a stone throw from front gate & variety of cafes and shops nearby. Very clean, spacious apartment. We loved the use of provided beach tent & chairs as well as picnic basket and supplies.
• Kell (10/5): Exceptional Hosts, Location and Accommodation! - Easily accessible complex, stunning location across from the gorgeous beach and golden sand overlooking a very inviting clean pool. Walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. The hosts have furnished their unit in modern, tasteful, comfortable and beautiful decor. Stocked with very thoughtful touches (coffee pods, xbox, dvd's, board games, milk and cooking essentials and so much more), taking away the stress of additional packing of items, and being able to put your feet up and relax on arrival. Hosts were an absolute pleasure to deal with, conscientious and provided exceptional, thorough and informative customer service prior to our stay, which made for a very easy and enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend and looking to return again soon.
