• Marice (10/5): Comfortable and spacious home that is great for families. - House was so well appointed and perfect for our family group. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Nice lounge and dining area. Good kitchen with amenities and work space. Laundry was a great bonus as the weather was not good and we had babies. Hosts were extremely helpful and able to provide some extra items to help with infants. This was hugely appreciated. Locations was perfect for our stay and there was good parking for our group. There was nothing we didn't like. Our only comment may be that the lounge could use some extra seating for a larger group but this was not a huge problem for us and we were comfortable enough.

• Julie (10/5): perfect for our family of 6 (5 adults and one grandchild) to hang out in for the weekend. - everything- location, size of the house, it was warm and cosey, clean, lots of natural light, children's toys and books, dish washer, the house had a lovely vibe about it, the photos on the website of the place were all accurate. off street parking, easy to get into the house. friendly welcoming texts from host. lovely out look, nice garden and lawn. nothing

Kitchen equipment could be better maintained..Rooms are big but heaters are small. No basketball to play with. Too little bathrooms for a house of this size.

Also loved the little touches like the bar of chocolate left for us. There’s only 1 bathroom for the house with 7 people staying in the house.

The property was listed as a 4brm 2bath house, however owner later advised there’s only 1 bathroom, plus 2nd toilet. The so called powder room doesn’t justify as the 2nd bathroom as advertised.

• Sook (8/5): Very easy to check in and check out and take our flight back on next day morning. - Overall the house is very spacious and cosy in this beautiful neighbourhood. There was a toy kitchen set corner with books where my daughter loved them very much. The owner did highlight prior to our check in that it has only 1 bathroom & 1 powder room. As we arrived late, all guests need to wait for their turn to shower. Bathroom & powder room’s floor tiles were not non-slip, I was worried when my elderly parents and my child were using them. The room windows lack ventilation bolts, as rooms were on ground floor making me hesitant to open them at night due to security concerns.
• Thomas (10/5): Comfortable stay in Christchurch - Freshly remodeled, very clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable. The kitchen was fitted out with all necessary utinsils and some bonus items in the fridge. Great communication with the owner made check in and out seamless. The quiet neighborhood was easily accessible, just a few minutes to the airport. We would not hesitate to book here again on a future visit. We only had 2 nights and had to move on. No complaints!

• Lisa (10/5): Amazing place to stay for our Christchurch trip - This property was amazing! 4 decent sized bedrooms (single was still decent size for a single) 2 heat pumps was great for the mixed weather we had while in Christchurch We had my 2 1/2 year old - there was toys for her, she thought it was Christmas! And then she noticed the trampoline in the back yard - she kept her nana quite busy outside jumping. Steph was awesome - she organised us a pram to use while we were there so I didn’t need to travel with one. The property was in a good location - nice and quiet but still easy to get to all the places we needed to from. I would be looking to stay here again for our next trip to Christchurch Nothing
