- Anis (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Marsa Malaz Kempinski Doha. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. A special thank you to Safaa and Imen at the reception for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. They made the check-in experience very smooth and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Their friendliness and hospitality really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!

- Linda (10/5): Nice hotel with amazing staff but if you have kids it’s not the good place to enjoy - The staff are really caring about they guest services is fast only when no load on them The spa first of all it’s not clear that spa is not included in the price of your stay That updated me a lot because you don’t have anything else to do when you are wearing hijab and they are charging for one hours 150 rials it’s ridicules specially when you see the size of the spa the pool is smaller than a jacuzzi But they where helpful when I argue with them that it should be mention on the booking so I get access to the facilities but nothing to do there at all the capacity is for maybe 3 peoples

Breakfast was very disappointing - the buffet was tiny and cooked options were limited to egg-based dishes.

- Mariam (1/5): Not coming again. - Despite my disappointment with the check-in experience, there were some positive aspects of the hotel. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Additionally, whenever we ordered anything to the room, the staff who delivered it were friendly, smiling, and accommodating. Their attitude and service were much better than what we experienced at the reception desk. Unfortunately, these positive points were overshadowed by the significant delay in receiving our room and the lack of support from the front desk staff during a very important occasion. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we did not receive our room until after 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, I had a hairstylist appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM because I was attending a wedding that day and planned to get ready at the hotel. Since our room was not available, I had to cancel my appointment and ended up being late to the wedding. What made the situation even more frustrating was the attitude of the reception staff. One of the receptionists seemed clearly annoyed whenever I asked for an update on our room and repeatedly told me that housekeeping had not finished cleaning it. While I understand that delays can happen, it should not become the guest’s problem if the hotel chooses to allow late check-outs and cannot prepare rooms on time. I was not the only one affected. Several of my family members were also waiting for their rooms, as we were all staying at the hotel to get ready for the same wedding. As a result, multiple people were late to their appointments and plans. The staff were not accommodating and kept offering a late check-out as compensation, which was completely irrelevant at that point. A late check-out did not solve the fact that we had already missed important appointments and were late for a special event. Overall, this experience caused a great deal of unnecessary stress on an important day. Considering the amount paid for the stay, the service was extremely disappointing. I honestly would have been better off staying at home. I will not be staying at this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

- Tom (7/5): Good stay in a beautiful hotel but not perfect - Gorgeous building style, abundant marble in Qatar style, walk to Pearl, great gym, clean, large room Large beach but not overlooking sea, opposite to a bridge. Several construction projects ongoing. Staff is polite but not warm. Main restaurant is in American diner style and menu that does not match the elegance and quality of the hotel at all. Outdoor seating also not at all elegant. Feels bit 3* casual dining in 5* hotel.

- Antonia (7/5): Good - The hotel itself is truly stunning: beautiful architecture, very spacious areas, and everything is impeccably maintained. Our room was huge, elegant, and equipped with every comfort — from an aesthetic and facilities point of view, it is absolutely a 5-star property. What unfortunately made our experience less enjoyable was the service, which did not feel at the same level as the hotel itself. On several occasions, staff members seemed not particularly welcoming or proactive in helping guests. For example, at the spa we were told to arrive early to enjoy the facilities before the treatment, but then were simply asked to wait without much guidance. Similarly, when booking the tennis court, the additional charge had not been clearly explained in advance, and the situation could have been handled more politely. Breakfast offered a good variety and quality, although the setting felt a bit less refined than what one might expect from a luxury hotel. The beach and pool areas are beautiful, but during our stay some services appeared limited or unavailable, and the food served at the beach felt overpriced compared to Doha standards. That said, I would like to especially thank Andrei from reception/management and Safra, who were both exceptionally professional, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — they really made a positive difference in our stay. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with enormous potential, but unfortunately it loses some of its magic in the details of the guest experience. With more attention to service, it could truly be outstanding. Some personnel not up to 5 stars luxury standards

- Haya Hadi (1/5): Not good experience - Just only the location When I entered my room, I was greeted by an unpleasant smell. I requested a room freshener from the room service, but unfortunately, no one showed up, not even the hotel staff. The furniture in the room was subpar, and the reception was extremely noisy. During check-out, I felt like I was being kicked out of my room. I had only been late for about 15 minutes because I was finishing packing up my belongings. I was alone and no one was helping me. To make matters worse, the hotel staff continued to make phone calls on my room for the entire 10 minutes of my check-out. This behavior was not only inappropriate but also unprofessional.

- En (7/5): - Beautiful property. Architecture was superb. Didn’t have the level of service associated with 5* hotels. Room was cleaned just ok, staff were rude sometimes. Breakfast is good but not wow. Also careful when you book the suite, the view is not seaview as showing in pictures.
