• 竹ちゃん0522 (10/5): - 新市街にあり細い路地の突き当たりの所でしたので比較的静かでした　角の麺屋さんの路地から入ります 少し行くと上の方に道しるべが出てきます　3ヵ所ありその通り行くと突き当たりの右側にあります 細い路地でしたがわかりやすかったと思います チェックインも予定時間前に着いたのですがオーナーさんが入口に待っていてくれたのですぐに手続き出来部屋に案内してもらえました 部屋は改築されているのか綺麗でした机と棚が置かれていたので荷物を整理出来て快適に過ごすことが出来ました 二階建ての一軒家のような建物でしたが　部屋が沢山ありました 住宅が密集していましたが静かに過ごせたと思います 無かったです

Bestyreren er meget flink og nem at kontakte ved spørgsmål og hjælp Der var ikke et vindue ud til udenfor, men det er forståeligt på grund af stedets placering.

• Harasimova (6/5): Pleasant - Very good and fast communication with the host. When we arrived early in the morning by sleeping bus, they let us in earlier. The location is right in the centre, walkable distance to every attractions of the city. The photos do not align, the room was way smaller than we expected. It was damp and musty and there was a smell of humidity. Our clothes got immediately musty as well and could not get rid of it.
• Anwar (8/5): Very good - The location is very center easy to go around frm there on foot and motorbike. It's smaller than the pics on Booking,but it's passable a night or two. It's in deep corners and alleyways of the local corners. If you are an atsamtic or high allergic person, this is not the place. But I can't complain much that good price for budget travellers.

• Jake (9/5): Great value! - Good location, helpful staff. The room smelt a bit damp and our towels smelt musty, although the staff gave us fresh ones immediately.
• Rochford (10/5): Exceptional - Good value for money and a good location! Nice and close to all the main tourist sites and lots of options for food. The homestay is located down an "alley" which I actually really liked, feels like you're really part of the community as lots of families live there so on the walk down the "alley" there are small children waving and saying hello. Very sweet. A fairly light touch from the owner as this homestay is just guest rooms and doesn't provide food like some others but he responds really quickly if you need any help :)

• Samuel (6/5): Put 101 in 101! - The location is down an alley but Room 107 was nice. Really central and cheap. Staff we responsive and helpful. We were booked for 4 nights but only stay a night. Room 101 which has been mentioned before had lots of mold and wasn’t cleaned. Air felt heavy as soon as we walked. We messaged and were moved to room 107 which was a lot better.

• Thomas (8/5): Short but sweet - The staff were very helpful. They came back to the hotel to check me in when I got there and got me into my room earlier than expected. It’s a little bit out of the way down alleyways but good signage to help you get there
• Cong (7/5): Good - Room was clean, friendly-designed. - Hot water did not work (The weather was cold and I had to take shower by cold water :) - Had only 1 power socket but probably cannot use ( it was designed like you put something away from your mouth 7cm that you can barely put something in). - Had fridge but not working (no power socket for it).

It was like a combination of damp, urine and paint fumes. The mattress was too soft for my liking and the bedding didn't smell good. I had to buy some spray air freshener to suppress the smell of the room, it helped a little. I was so displeased with it that I cut short my stay by 3 nights and returned to Da Nang.
