• Ciara (3/5): RATS and poor management - Location Space Jery RATS We booked this property as a luxury villa and experienced serious hygiene failures. When we arrived, the external rubbish bins were already overflowing, which attracts pests. During our stay, we saw rats inside the villa, which is a known health risk in residential settings. Three out of five members of our group required medical treatment during the stay. Medical evidence can be provided. Management attempted to frame this as a cleaning issue and offered massages and laundry instead of addressing the core problem, which reflects a concerning lack of responsibility. These are severe breaches in waste management, pest control, and property maintenance - not housekeeping. We travelled internationally from multiple locations for this stay, and it fell far below basic accommodation standards, let alone those expected of a luxury property. We would strongly caution future guests to consider these issues before booking.

• Pavel (9/5): - Вилла в отличном состоянии — всё новое, нет ощущения усталости мебели. Фотографии полностью соответствуют реальности. Номера очень просторные, с очень красивым интерьером из дерева. Балконы, зелень, бассейн — всё очень стильное и качественное. Расположение отличное: напротив стильное кафе с вкусными завтраками, много спа в округе, до пляжа можно дойти пешком. В вилле большие телевизоры, бильярд и караоке — отличное времяпрепровождение. В каждом номере есть ванная, все двери закрываются на ключ. Джерри помогал со стиркой вещей, был все время на связи. Несмотря на то, что Джерри был очень услужлив и корректен в переписке, у нас, видимо, сложилось некоторое недопонимание. Комнаты убирались только в том случае, если мы об этом просили утром в WhatsApp. Если мы просили поменять полотенца, меняли только полотенца и ничего больше. Шампуни не пополняли, воду в кулере не меняли, батарейки в микрофонах не заменяли, мусор не выносили — пока мы об этом не просили. В итоге за неделю виллу полностью убрали только один раз. Ещё одна особенность: ключей от номеров у сотрудников, видимо, нет, поэтому если закрыть номер, уборку не получишь. Для виллы, где в описании указана ежедневная уборка номеров, такой подход нас, мягко говоря, огорчил. Ключ от входной двери на виллу был только один: не очень удобно, когда вас 7-8 человек. Шахматы кажутся целыми, пока не возьмёшься за фигуры.

• rubyann (9/5): Excellent and will recommend - Big rooms, nice pools & layout is very nice. Jerry & the rest of the staff are always very helpful and contactable. Neighbouring dogs that barks continuously in the morning.

• Louise (10/5): Spectacular stay - The property was amazing. We travelled with a family group of three sisters and children- prefect for this as there was plenty of space to get away from each other The mosquitos were very friendly so highly recommend repellant if you want the doors open

• Mohamed (10/5): loved our stay—huge, budget-friendly, and had everything we wanted! - the villa was amazing-spacious great value for money, and had everything we needed, It was really big with all the necessary facilities, so we felt right at home. Definitely a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Bali the pool was fantastic, and the kitchen was fully equipped.
