Over the river from city centre but within walking distance. Really interesting area that we explored on a free walking tour. Building exterior did not look appealing but apartment was lovely. Had everything you might need and very clean and tidy. Nothing

• Marisa (10/5): - Wir waren schon oft in der Ferienwohnung und jedes Mal voll zufrieden. Wir fühlen uns immer wie Zuhause. Sauber, gemütlich, ruhig und zentral!

• Sally (9/5): Lovely place, well equipt and super helpful host. - Lovely little apartment! Had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay in Dresden. Great location for exploring Neustadt! Easy access to trams and also a nice walk into the old town. Fantastic communication from owner and really helpful with post checkout difficulties. The shower temperature really fluctuated from too hot to too cold for no reason. The shower curtain was looking a bit old too and might do with some replacing. There was a terrible smell of stale cigarettes in the corridor when seemed to come into the apartment/ room through the bathroom vent. This did seem to lessen with time but was quite unpleasant at the start.

• Dagmar (9/5): Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft direkt im Partyviertel, aber trotzdem ruhige gelegen - Die Lage ist super: sehr zentral, das Zimmer aber ruhig und nach hinten in einen Innenhof gelegen. Der kleine Balkon war super – das Wetter leider nicht. Die Ausstattung ist prima, das Bett einfach, aber bequem. Auch das Bad: klein, aber ausreichend. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, aber das Parkhaus in der Alaunstraße (2 min zu Fuß von der Unterkunft, 15 €/Tag) ist eine Lösung.

• Jörg (10/5): Klein und fein in zentraler Lage - Super Kontakt! Super Lage! Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox, auch die Infos zur Wohnung und Parksituation waren sehr detailliert. Ein früherer Check-in war auch gar kein Problem. Kleines, sehr schönes Apartment mit Balkon mitten in der Neustadt und wirklich absolut super ausgestattet ist. Es hat wirklich gar nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten im Innenhof parken. Vor der Tür befinden sich viele köstliche Restaurants, kultige Bars und Läden. Alles Sehenswerte, wie der historische Kern der Stadt, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Kühlschrank erwartete uns eine kleine süße Überraschung 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wüssten nicht was.

The interior is well thought out: comfortable furniture, high-quality bed linens, and good appliances. Our stay was very comfortable, and we felt right at home. There was a small misunderstanding with the host at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved — we appreciated that the host was willing to communicate and sort things out. In the end, we were left with only positive impressions. Thank you for the hospitality, we definitely recommend it! In the future, I would like to receive clearer instructions without unnecessary information to avoid confusion.

• Gavin (9/5): Short stopover, great location. - Great location, cosy apartment with everything needed for a quick stopover in Dresden whilst on a road trip. Very clean and easy to find. Host/owner very nice and easily contactable. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but wasn't too bad at all. Parking area was easy to find but a woman from an adjacent apartment approached my wife and told her we could not park there (later clarified with the host via telephone and all was okay) but she saw the non-german plates on the car and assumed we were just trying to find any parking whatsoever in the city.

• Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, cozy and clean apartment. 15 minutes walk to the center, many restaurants, bars and cafes near the apartment. Good contact with the owner, clear instructions on collecting the keys. A big advantage is a private parking space.
