- Yilin (1/5): Staying here with poor condition and unsatisfactory experience - There is no electricity. No one there at the hotel. The owner lies about the situation and promised a refund but there was no one there after I leave Cancun. I can’t even enter for the first day and had to wait to find an entrance by myself. The owner disappeared for the first day and there was providing no toilet paper. And the second day the power was cut off and I have to stay in the darkness while I can not get in touch with the owner. The room is not under the suitable condition to live anymore. They are not responsible AT ALL. I should not trust them. Now they refused to get in touch with me and booking.com. I have no choice but only left a negative review to left you avoid this place. No electricity, no service, not responding me and not worthing trust.
