• Roger (9/5): I like this area and enjoyed my stay here. - Very nice place, less than 20 min walk to UPV. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher with soap provided for a couple of loads. I was given the wrong code to get the key, which was pretty scary to begin with, and plus my cell phone cannot make calls in Spain, but fortunately I had been sent the WiFi password, was able to get online while still outside the apartment, and got a quick reply with the correct code. Mistakes happen, and everything else was great.
• Mota (9/5): - Casa pequena,mas muito aconchegante, muito bem organizado e muito novo. Só talvez a dificuldade de estacionar.
• Constantinescu (10/5): Great location for a clean,spacious and well equipt studio - We had a very nice stay at the apartament. Everything was great. Bed very comfy. Ac working good if you need some heat or cold, depending when you are visiting. Hot water, clean bathroom,good and big shower. It is very well equipt and you have everything you need...from coffee and wash machine,to hair dryer and iron.. The studio is great for 4 people, as you have an extended couch too. Location is great too, 7 min walking to the closest metro station and plenty of bus stations around. Bars,shops and markets around the neighbourhood and very close. Comunication was great and easy to reach here. This is how you shoud handle an rental flat. Thank you
