Έχει πολύ στενή και απότομη σκάλα για δεύτερο όροφο, και το κρεβάτι είναι κουκέτα στο πάνω κρεβάτι, με άβολη σκάλα κρεβατιού στα σκαλοπάτια καθώς και πολύ χαμηλό με το ταβάνι το κρεβάτι. Δεν μπορείς να είσαι καθιστός στο κρεβάτι χτυπάει το κεφάλι στο ταβάνι.

• Mauro (10/5): Centrale - Stanza carina e decisamente centrale Un po' laboriosa da raggiungere, per me che ho 60 anni al secondo piano senza ascensore magari sarebbe stato meglio specificare... però nulla da dire mi sono allenato un po'...

• Marta (9/5): Great place, 100% recommend. - Very nice studio right in the city center. Exactly like the pictures. Large bathroom. We struggled to find the right apartment once inside the building but that’s on us since we didn’t read the check-in guide. Everything is explained very clearly. Also, the owner replied to us very fast via whatsapp. The only thing missing was shampoo/body wash. The studio is on a 2nd floor and the stairs are tiny - super ok for us but mentioning here in case is relevant for someone.

• Galina (10/5): Аппартаменты удачно расположены для деловых, развлекательных поездок без автомобилей - Выбор апартаментов не разочаровал. Фотографии на сайте полностью соответствует действительности. Кухня оборудована до мелочей, постельное белье чистейшее, чистота помещения порадовала. Wi-Fi без сбоев, что было актуально- ни разу не подвел. На улице мороз, а в апартаментах было тепло и уютно. Очень порадовал прямой онлайн контакт с хозяином. В любое время суток, до самых мелочей, оперативно, деликатно и оперативно реагировал и решал любые пожелания. Расположение в центре города было очень удачно для моей деловой поездки. Близость и доступность делового центра города, в т.ч. отделений всех банков, центрального вокзала, сети общественного транспорта, аэропорта очень удачно способствовало решению целей поездки , а вечером, все рядом для интеллектуального и расслабляющего отдыха. В пешей доступности, 10-15 минут, театры, общепит на все вкусы, маркеты и торговые центры. Для любителей спортивного досуга есть даже возможность пробежки по красивой набережной и мимо президентского дворца и в парке, вдоль городского канала… Возможно для кого то важно отметить, что, несмотря на близость множества баров, ресторанов, шумных мразвлекательных атракционов рядом, окна расположены в тихий двор и никакие шумы не слышны... Спатьт ничто не мешает.. Но, не могу отметить одно важное обстоятельство для желающих воспользоваться аппартаментами. Мне, в мои 70 лет, без моих друзей было не обойтись. Аппартаменты расположены в памятнике архитектуры. Ремонт сделан замечательный, но сохранена идентичность и неизменность здания. Лестницы очень крутые , подниматься и спускаться, переносить чемоданы, тяжести, пришлось с трудом.

• Maria Alessandra (8/5): Quiet stay in great location in Riga - The location was really great, close to restaurants, sightseeing sites, bars. Right in the middle of old town Riga, but super quiet studio towards backyard. - very steep stairs to get to apartment which where not problem for me , but can be one of you have mobility impairments in any way. - sofa and mattress are ok, but I wouldn’t consider them comfortable. But it’s good enough if you stay just for two days. But I would recommend the host to changing to a better mattress if possible.

• Trupti (10/5): Just the way I wanted for my solo trip - I reached the property on the weekend and the location is very lively and happening with lot of bars right outside the apartment building. Best location to walk around also right besides St Peter’s Church. I definitely recommend this property. There was nothing to dislike tbh
• Colin (4/5): Big, exciting Old Town, tiny, noisy accommodation. - The location of the property was very good, right in the centre of the Old Town which, in itself has a huge amount to offer. Riga is certainly an interesting place to visit, and well worth the effort of doing so. Steeped in history it boasts a large and vibrant Old Town. This offers a plethora of bars and a large mix of eateries, some loud and racous with live bands, some quieter with comprehensive menus. All in all a city very much worth visiting. The apartment, although still on the small side, might have been acceptable for the single occupancy of a circus midget. For three grown people it felt a bit like visiting a collapsed mine, but with substantially less room. Spending the night in a matchbox may sound like a quaint student stunt, but the reality of the situation left me wodering if the rescue services would ever be able to reach us. Oh - did I mention it was small? I felt it made a diminutive dolls house look like the Whitehouse. Small? It wasn't anything like as big as small!

• Campagnaro (8/5): - Appartamento posizionato nel centro della città vecchia, molto vicino ai principali locali della città e alle attrazioni turistiche. I luoghi più lontani sono tranquillamente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici: le fermate di autobus e tram sono a 5 minuti dell'appartamento.

Could have been cleaner when I arrived. There were several pots/ pans / dishes that weren't clean in the drawer. The floor was dirty and sticky and the toilet wasn't clean. However, I contacted the owner and they sent a cleaning team to take care of the floor.

Bathroom is beautiful, lots of sockets. Charming place lived to its title! Sink in the bathroom was blocked so water did not flow down freely
• Kristiina (10/5): Cute cosy quiet place in the middle of the old town - The studio is cute and cosy and very well located - in the middle of the old town, but with facing a courtyard, so the noise from the street doesn´t reach it. Wi-Fi was fast enough to watch Netflix or browse. Spacious bathroom. Clean and well equipped. Detailed instructions how to get there and how to open the door. There´s a small supermarket nearby. I loved everything about the place and would definitely book again. -

Perfect for a solo traveler. I also liked that I could access the property without waiting or meeting anyone. The WiFi was quite slow during my stay, which made it difficult to use. It might have been fixable, but I didn't contact the host since I had mobile data, which was enough for me. Everything else was fine.

Looking forward to staying again. - This studio is so well laid out and makes great use of the space, having a fridge and Kitchenette was a bit plus for my stay. The location is great for a quick walk to downtown nightlife yet still quiet enough to get a good nights rest 10/10
• Tamás (7/5): Good - Nice and clean apartmant, good location. Overall it was good. -We turned up the heating but even with that, it worth nothing, the radiator just became a bit warmer, but wasnt enough to heat up the room. -the drain in the shower and the kitchen faucet was clogged

• Mariusz (9/5): We had great time in Riga. - Perfect location, in the middle of the old town. Close to the pub and restaurant, but nevertheless quiet (window is on the courtyard). Host was very responsive. We didn't have all sheets for our 3 person family, but we contact Dmitrijs. He answered really quick and fix the problem immediately.
• Sarah (8/5): Good location if you want in on the action! ✨ - Great location! In the middle of the Old Town! You get out back and there’s a square with flowers and music and restaurants! 😍 There was all the promised amenities, and everything was working well! Host very responsive. It wasn’t as clean as we expected it to be (it was said that there is a professional cleaning team)… there was noticeable dust, hair and stains (that we cleaned when we arrived), especially in the bathroom. Also - and this is not the owner’s fault - some of the neighbors came back at 4am yelling in the inner courtyard… both nights! I guess it happens when you’re in the center of the Old Town during the weekend! Let’s just say I wouldn’t go there for peace & quiet! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Oh, and there’s no lift! I don’t remember if it’s mentioned in the description (my bad for not checking before!) but if you have big heavy suitcases, just know that there’s a lot of stairs and they’re steep!

• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located right in the heart of the old town with little supermarkets nearby. The apartment is equipped with towels, hair dryer, a dolce gusto Coffee machine, which came all very conveniently. There is a bunch of sea gulls who fly around every morning with an amazing noise level. It cuts short your sleep but it's also a nice reminder that you wake up in a town which is not far from the sea :)
• Pascale (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! You can walk essentially everywhere from the accommodation. Super comfortable. The instructions on where the accommodation was and how to get the keys were very clear. I had the best time!
• Gamze (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing to reach all touristic places. The host was also easy to communicate and he helped us when we need to check-in earlier than the mentioned time. There is an oily smell coming from outside. Maybe, an additional air refreshing system is good for the room.

• Joel (10/5): Fantastic - I loved the location, and the optimisation of space in the apartment, you had everything you needed in reach within 3 meters. Very comfortable and welcoming. Everything very clean and impeccable. Furthermore the indications by the host to get to the apartment were very helpful and easy to understand! Honestly, it was all fantastic, maybe the only thing is that the stairs to get to the apartment were very little.
