• Carmen (10/5): We really enjoyed staying at this apartment, it met all of our requirements, was a great location and clean. - Its proximity to the Westfield Mall, its cosiness, the rooms were all clean and tidy, having a washer and dryer was also very handy for our family. A little bit of a buzzing or humming noise coming from 1-2 appliances such as the stovetop

• Bruce Klimecki (10/5): Lovely apartment not too far from the city center. - The apartment was outstanding. Very clean and nicely decorated. It is obvious the host takes pride in the place. The check in instructions were extremely detailed, including photos. Super easy to access. Dedicated indoor parking spot. Uber to city center was only about NZ$11. Nothing at all.

Very clean and tidy. 4. Nespresso machine 1. 3rd bedroom is very small and has no windows or wardrobe - more like a study with a single bed in it. 2. Access via the courtyard gate isn’t easy as the latch has become stiff and needs lubricant. 3. Iron needs replacing.

Great location, very central - was really clean. thankyou When you park your car in alloted underground carpark - it is very confusing which door to go through to access corridors back to your apartment. After a few dead ends and help from a passerby, finally found a way out! there are at least three different doors...

The host was very responsive. Parking was a little challenging for the size of car we had due to the carpark design.

• Gail (8/5): Great location for our over night stay in Auckland - Lovely well presented apartment. Very modern. Easy access. On site parking provided. Westfield shopping mall within a 4 minute walk. The beds were very firm and not enough pillows provided.
• Nixon (10/5): Well worth it amazing value for money! - Location was close to shops, restaurants etc and only a short walk away. The garage space was large and easily accommodated x4 large motorcycles making life easy. Bikes were very expensive but we all felt safe and secure and no need to worry about bikes being stolen or damaged. Definitely use again! All in all a very nice place to stay. Very clean and tidy! Information given to access the apartment was easy to understand making it effortless!

• Cannis (9/5): Beautiful homely apartment that starts our vacation on a good note. - It’s exactly as what was described in the post. Very modern, clean, spacious - just like home. Location was great with Westfield Newmarket just around the corner & plenty of food options along small roads & lanes. The instruction was very clear even include video on how to get to the underground carpark lot. Sweetest touch from owner with chocolates left next to the keys. We are family of 4 and our kids were happy they each have one room to rest (one had a single bed while the other room has a queen size bed with attached bathroom) This was rank number 1 among the places we stayed for our road trip in north island NZ. We were a bit lost when we first reached but the video provided helped us locate the apartment. Everything was great except slight challenge in adjusting the temperature in the apartment.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the entry to the underground parking was quite tight to maneuver, but otherwise it was a great stay.

It was amazingly clean and in excellent condition It was difficult to find even when we were up the driveway. It took us 20mins to park and several of us went out onto the main road again to check neighbouring buildings numbers which didn't really indicate much.

They left little things like chocolates for us to enjoy and there was so much beverages (sachets) and condiments, cooking equipment, etc. It was so clean, comfortable and the host was fantastic. When i thought the induction cooker wasnt working, she told me she would send someone over with another one; so responsive! Our family had a great time cooking steaks and having our meal at the little garden just outside the apartment. The location was also superb; very central! I would highly recommend this location! I couldn't find anything I dislike, seriously!

It suited us as we were only in Auckland for a few hours and it was a convenient place for the group to rest before we took the flight home from Auckland Airport It was hard to find the place. We kept getting into the Ramada carpark. Thankfully, the receptionist at Ramada pointed us to where the apartment was (it was just by the side) and then we were able to get the car park key to park our car.

• Ari (10/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in Newmarket - The apartment was very clean and tidy, and it’s in a great location in Newmarket, right next to the Ramada Hotel. It was well-maintained and had everything we needed for our short stay. We stayed here during the peak of summer. Auckland can get really hot and stuffy. At other accommodations, we struggled to sleep because the bedrooms became unbearably warm. However, this apartment remained relatively cool, and with the help of the air conditioning, we slept very comfortably. The host was very kind and attentive, making us feel welcomed. We'd be happy to stay here again.

After such a good sleep, it was an easy stroll down to Teed st for brunch and shopping. Helpful and friendly hosts. It was a little tricky to find initially but only until we watched the video, which was great, super helpful.

• Amie (9/5): Superb - Great location, fantastic size, comfy beds and amazing shower pressure. We would definitely stay again. Couldn't find a vacuum or broom? The diffusers were quite overpowering, we had to put them outside during the duration of our stay as strong scents set off migraines.

A great outside area with a BBQ table for a nice platter with nibbles and a cold drink ~ was perfect. We did a couple of loads of washing and used the aircraft, which was great. I liked having a dishwasher where you stack all the dishes thay we all used. Our stay was not long enough. As a very minor message is the carpark is very small but its the way things are going now but very secure.

The location was also perfect, with a mall just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to grab anything we needed.
