• John (9/5): - Very cute studio room. Great kitchen facilities. Location was perfect for seeing everything. Very clean even a spa shower! We took the bus from train, so a little hard to find, but not too bad. Loved the quiet little street we were on. No window was a little strange at first.
• Stephanie (9/5): It worked well for the short period of time that we were in Orvieto. - The host was very responsive to our desires. The location was great. There are no windows, which may or may not have been in the description of the property.

Presente e ben funzionante l’areazione nel bagno.

• Antonio (10/5): ECCELLENTE, COMODO, OTTIMA POSIZIONE, OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO E PROPRIETARIO MOLTO GENTILE - Loft molto curato e confortevole, comodo, con attenzione ai minimi dettagli (Alexa, kit di primo soccorso, macchinetta del caffe con cialde, phon, bollitore, wifi, e tanto altro), box doccia pazzesco con Alexa che ti fa compagnia con la musica e il bagno turco. Il proprietario di una squisitezza e gentilezza rara ai giorni d'oggi. Nulla, ci sono solo cose positive a mio avviso.

• Mette (10/5): - I really like the place and the host was so accommodating on check in and out times. The place is right in the street which gives noise, but I wasn’t too affected by it and earplugs would have alleviated.

• Sara (9/5): Our stay in Orvieto was very comfortable and is good value for being so central in this beautiful medieval town. - It was situated centrally in the beautiful medieval town of Orvieto. Very good value for money, it was clean, larger than expected based on the photos and the staff were very helpful. The check-in website was slow and kept crashing for us but Paulo was communicative and helped us through it. Other than that was a very pleasant stay.
• Jane (10/5): Exceptional - What a stunning place to stay in! A stylish elegant apartment in the centre of historic Orvieto. Spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a great stay. Shops,restaurants and all attractions are just footsteps away. Paolo is wonderful host; communication was excellent, checking in and out very easy. I would go out of my way to stay here and thoroughly recommend it.
