- Higgins (5/5): Nice, noisy, parking problem! - Nice apartment, photos accurate, great facilities however -VERY noisy area,no parking at night on street with 2 very busy live music venues next door and slash (basically screaming in a microphone!) metal across the street, plus another bar next door until 11.30/ midnight.
