• Gergely (8/5): - Az elhelyezkedése, az hogy az ablakból napközben 5 percenként láthattuk, amint elhaladnak a gondolások. Este viszont teljesen csendes. Mikró, vízforraló és leginkább a WC papír hiánya.

• Gabrielle (4/5): Was what we needed for our short stay, fantastic location, though facilities and host communication were lacking. - The location was fantastic and easy check-in. Although the accomodation was in a great location, it was let down by a few things not working. The washing machine didn’t work, and the WiFi Ethernet cable was disconnected from the modem so it wasn’t working and it took us a long time to find the cable and connect it to get it working. Communication with the host was disappointing and they took hours to respond to our trouble with the wifi and weren’t helpful in finding the solution.

• IHAR (9/5): Венеция нашей мечты! - Название отзыва: Небольшой рай в сердце Венеции Мы в полном восторге от наших апартаментов! Их главное преимущество — отличное расположение. Все главные достопримечательности были в шаговой доступности, при этом сам дом находился на тихой улочке. Квартира небольшая, как и ожидали, но есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Но самое незабываемое — это просто восхитительный вид из окна! Мы могли часами сидеть на подоконнике и наблюдать за жизнью канала. Особенное волшебство — вечерами смотреть, как мимо проплывают гондолы с огоньками. Это того стоило! Все таки хоть небольшой телевизор можно установить.
• Sharon (8/5): Great Stay - Quaint little apartment in the centre of Venice but also in a really quiet spot. No noise at all. We stayed 3 nights and it was more than comfortable for the time we stayed. Dont go expecting 5 star because it isn't but if you want a central spot to stay you can't get much better.
• giovanna (8/5): Ottima soluzione - Ottima posizione, istruzioni per entrare/uscire facili.Soluzione piccolina ma sufficiente. Forse la cucina troppo piccola per pensare di preparare pranzo/cena. Buona soluzione per due, massimo 3 persone. Consiglio di tenerla curata e ordinata (magari togliere alcune cose superflue, tipo le tante coperte)
• Charlotte (7/5): - Fantastic location, lovely authentic venetian property. Bed was comfortable. Loved being right on the canal and seeing the gondolas going past. I couldn't get the fans to work so had to buy a fan. Some areas in need of repairs. Washing machine was broken but owner did give us some money back to use a launderette.

• Mutiara-vira (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, comfortable apartment with kitchen, helpful owner A bit cold in the winter since the heater didn’t work really well, but there were a lot of blankets
• Luke (9/5): Pleasant central location to stay with a great view! :) - Very central location! Beautiful canal view out of the windows! Clean facilities and charming decor! Private and secure entrance! Some amenities were unlabeled and therefore difficult to use without excess communication (i.e. washing machine) Pretty warm due to no AC (which is understandable) and only one fan that was somewhat difficult to use.
• Floris (4/5): Venice trip ruined because we didn't receive check-in instructions and had to wait for two hours - The apartment is located in the city center next to the canals. Nice to see the gondola's coming by The owner didn't send check-in instructions and could not be reached during the check-in. The booking information said that the check-in could be done between 17:00-23:00. My girlfriend and I arrived at 17:00 and we stood before a closed door for an hour. We called the owner several times, but he didn't pick up his phone. We decided to go to a bar (with our luggage) and to wait there. The owner didn't call back until 19:00. He apologized, send us the check-in instructions (it turned out that we needed a code to open a key box) , transferred a small amount of money to our bank account, but the start of our Venice trip was ruined
