• Juliet (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location - The communication with Zermatt holidays was easy as was accessing the apartment. The apartment was clean and better than described with modern kitchen and bathrooms and a fabulous terrace. The apartment was very central with all the shops on our doorstep. We were allowed a late check out to help accommodate my autistic daughter. All in all it was fabulous!! It was perfect

Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, sodass man das Dorf, die Bergbahnen und Restaurants bequem erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber, komfortabel und großzügig, und die Ausstattung mit sehr bequemen Betten, drei modernen Badezimmern und einer modernen, bestens bestückten Küche entspricht einem hohen Standard. Der ungehinderte Blick auf die verschneite Bergwelt und das Matterhorn war ein besonderes Highlight. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

• Clare (9/5): Very comfortable apartment in the centre of Zermatt - Very comfortable apartment in a great central location - easy walk from the station and close to the supermarket and lots of restaurants. Good space for a family stay with two bathrooms. We would definitely return! There were no locks on the bathroom doors! The seal on the shower door had perished so the shower room floor was flooded with every use. Also the central location was pretty noisy when the bedroom windows were open in summer.

The greatest Italian restaurant right next door (MUST TRY). The apt was great, well equipped! Has excellent view of the Matterhorn! The staff were great too! Responsive to text! Very easy to access the apt! I asked for more pillows and I got them! We rented the entire unit which came with a bonus living room! The room with en-suite was the smallest and small, both the bed and the bath, but we managed fine. It got a bit noisy after midnight on Friday/Saturday nights because some people were loud, but that was a small trade-off for the great location!

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Balcony has direct view of the Matterhorn. There is no aircon and can be quite stuffy and hot at night as it is summer. The apartment is next to a bar and it was very noisy at night.

• Opas (10/5): Exceptional - Really recommend this place, I will stay here again next time. The host quickly responded the room was new clean, and good smell. The location is good, easy to find, we can see a nice view of Matterhorn. nothing, all excellent.
• Francis (9/5): Subject to the provision of electric fans, the apartment is a very value for money accommodation - Clean and spacious with very good cooking facilities. Location close to train station. Staff is responsive to our requests. There is no fans provided at the apartment and we felt hot when sleeping. There is a restaurant downstairs and the customers made a lot of noise after midnight, affecting our sleeping. The balcony is not clean enough which should be cleansed more thoroughly.
• Tejash (9/5): Great central location to restaurants, and both train station. - Great property. Super helpful staff. All facilities that you expect. Great kitchen, well stocked for cooking and easy to clean. This is not a fault of the owner or the management team, which were great. The property is adjacent to a Bar/Restaurant. Around 11-12am at night a bunch of people would leave the bar downstairs and caused quite a bit of noise. But it wasn’t an all night thing. Also, I don’t think this would be a 12 month problem. So your mileage may vary.
