The staff is very friendly and honestly wants to make sure your stay is the very best. Location is great too. The rocking chairs outside each room are a very nice way to relax and enjoy the mountain scenery.

Its an older building but very well maintained. There is not a lot of high tech junk which I personally like.

• Mason (9/5): - For the buck this a great smaller hotel the staff was excellent and very friendly and the rooms where very clean to some the appliances may be a somewhat old but that didnt bother us they still worked amazing and the rooms were very spacious We only had two small issues with our stay when we first arrived our room had a musty fant cigarette smell but we later figured out why ppl tend to sit in front of the rooms in the rockers smoking and we had a group next to us doing that so this wasn't as much of the hotels fault as it was the guest for smoking right in front of the rooms instead of out in the parking lot and the only other thing that took getting used to in our room was the heat and air the unit was placed in the far back of the room in a smaller area leading to the bathroom so the unit would stop before it had cooled or heated the whole room but I later figured out to turn the unit way day for the air so it would run longer and up higher at night for the heat to keep comfy once I figured that out it wasn't a big deal I still would stay here again it was very clean and the staff was great and location is perfect

Staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaging to make sure stay was good and that needs were met. The odd layout of the room prevented great air flow from the heat/air-conditioning unit. We had probably the only room affected, but the sidewalk outside slopes and prevented having 2 chairs to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Folks next door monopolized the rocking chairs so we didn't get a chance to use them.
