- Arya (1/5): Very bad experience with hotel and booking.com - After confirmation of booking the hotel had sold the room at a higher price from others... After being denied by the hotel I had spent the entire night in my car only.... I never suggest any customer to use this hotel and booking.com website for stay... Nothing was good very bad experience
- Gupta (1/5): Bad - Mattress is good,provided tea is good... Quilts are worst... They have not enough blankets and quilts... When we reached, weather is too cold.... They provided only 3 very thin singlebed blanket... On asking and requesting they provided us 2 extra single bed quilt which are very unhygienic and 1 singlebed thin blanket ... and we total are 5, 2 child 3 adults... And no room heater in the room... We manage somehow whole night.... Room is too cold... Bathroom is very small... Very disappointed with the bathroom.... Unhygienic bathroom... According to room price, we are very disappointed..
