• Jessica (9/5): Recomendable - El hostel es muy recomendable, tiene todas las comodidades que se te puedan ocurrir. Cuidan cada detalle que podria necesitar una mujer. Ademas, Renato ( quien te contesta los mensajes) es super atento y respetuoso. La ubicación es excelente, todo cerca. La entrada al edificio da un poco de miedo. Entiendo igual que no depende del hostel, solo que es una pena que un lugar tan bonito se vea desperdiciado por la entrada. De todas formas, lo super recomiendo, volveria a ir, porque todo lo demas es excelente!

• Ingrid (10/5): Melhor hostel que já conheci - Melhor hostel que já fiquei. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal para mim e minha mãe, o espaço era adequado para duas pessoas. O hostel tem qualidade quase de um hotel, a única diferença é o banheiro compartilhado, porém, são dois banheiros separados, não são “cabines” em banheiros coletivos como em outros hostel, então são ótimos para usar. Tudo muito limpo, fornece toalhas, shampoo, sabonete e tem café da manhã incluso num local próximo. Gostei também do cuidado em disponibilizar absorventes nos banheiros. A localização é excepcional, ao lado da Puerta del Sol e próximo de pontos turísticos. Check in e check out muito simples. Vale muito a pena, voltaria. Nossa entrada foi difícil pois o portão do prédio estava trancado e não havia nenhum interfone, precisamos esperar alguém sair para conseguir entrar no momento em que o portão estava aberto. Após pegar as chaves, não tivemos mais problemas. O colchão da cama é fino e um pouco duro, mas para uma noite foi suficiente.

I liked the coffee machine and the fact that there was a sofa in the hall, it was quite welcoming, although the coffee machine didn't work sometimes. The rooms were quite small, I didn't have a lot of space for my luggage like in other hostels, although I did have a big wardrobe below the bed to keep all of my suitcase. I didn't like that I had to wait for the toilets, and sometimes they were busy. I think there's 2 toilets for 15 people in total. Compared to other hostels, I felt quite restricted and it made me feel uncomfortable sometimes.

The main big problem was the fact there was no window in the room. For us, it was a huge problem. There is no light in the morning and kind of claustrophobic. For many might not be a problem, but for me and my sister, it is, and it was not fair to find it out there

Los baños limpios y la ducha funcionaba perfecto. Camas cómodas El desayuno es bueno, pero queda en un bar a un par de cuadras. Eso interfiere un poco si hay planes u horarios a los que ajustarse.

• Elisa (6/5): Decent, but I won't come back to this place - The room had no window, it smelled and the fan was noisy and useless, impossible to change the air. Even the bed was pretty unconfortable. If it was cheap I could have accepted better the staying, but it was even quite expensive for the service.

E um tocador para nos sentarmos a maquilhar. Adorei os pormenores e foi dos melhores hostels que tive. A área das Puertas del Sol é um pouco barulhenta à noite, e menos bem frequentada, mas não é culpa do Hostel...

• Karen (9/5): Hostal muy privado y en muy buenas condiciones - El alojamiento es muy tranquilo y privado. A pesar de encontrarme en un cuarto de seis camas, el contacto con otros huéspedes fue muy escaso. Es ideal si lo que buscas es una estancia tranquila. El check in y el check out fueron totalmente autosuficientes, y no tuve contacto directo con el personal, aunque siempre contestaron mis dudas de manera rapida y clara. El desayuno fue muy rico y facil de encontrar. La zona es perfecta, bien en el centro de Madrid, con muchas opciones de entretenimiento, comida y tiendas alrededor Al momento de alojarme habia obras frente al hostal. No corre por cuenta de ellos, pero resulto un poco molesto. Creo que a los baños les vendría bien una toalla o algo para que no se moje tanto el piso. El enchufe de mi cama estaba un poco flojo y necesitaba ciertos acomodos para funcionar. Solo son pequeños detalles para que la puntuación pase de un 4.5 a un 5, de verdad fue una estancia muy buena

Estuvimos en la habitación privada con baño compartido y fenomenal con toallas kit de baño tudo que necessitas para pasar una noite. El anfitrión nos atendeu cuando llegamos y pudimos entrar dejar las maletas antes del horario de entrada, muy atencioso.

Location as there were so much roadwork hence constant noice and entrance to the building felt a bit sketchy. There was no hot water when I showered this morning but I think they were fixing the issue.

Beautiful breakfast in Cafe 3 minutes from hostel. The pick up/ drop off service to the airport was indeed well worth the money offered by the hostel for a solo traveller. Beds very comfortable Can't wait to return. Leaving the hostel and Madrid!!

Bcp moins de va et vient on a l’impression d’être avec des colocataires respectueux! • Carmen (4/5): Fotos engañosas.: Mínimo espacio interior. Desayuno en café ajeno a tres minutos. - La ubicación y la disponibilidad de frigorífico, agua, café e infusiones No es un hostel. El espacio se limita a un pasillo sin ningún vano de luz ni ventilación exterior. De ese espacio interior, con luz artificial han habilitado 10 camas en litera y una cama doble. Del pasillo salen dos habitaciones interiores sin ventanas, dos baños y otra con luz. La mía, con literas, cuatro camas, no tiene espacio ni para abrir la maleta. Estuvimos dos personas, cuando sean cuatro no se podrán desenvolver. Cuando se cierra la puerta la habitación queda en negro. La tercera habitación, de seis, la única que dispone de luz externa con ventanas altas que no permiten ver la calle. A la entrada un sofá de tres plazas y una mesa. Ante tan reducido espacio, escobas , productos de limpieza y de higiene los tienen apiñados también en el único pasillo. No hay personal físicamente en el lugar, funciona con códigos y no hay espacio para dejar el equipaje el día de salida.

We were staying in the double room - it had a comfortable bed, ac, but it didn’t have a window, so if you might feel claustrophobic, keep that in mind. • Prisca (1/5): la camera matrimoniale non ha finestre - la posizione eccellente e la pulizia LA CAMERA NON HA FINESTRE: ho prenotato questo ostello per due notti, la camera matrimoniale ad uso singola. Ho scoperto arrivando all'ostello che la camera non aveva finestre (è vero che non si vedeva dalle foto ma do per scontato che in una camera una finestra ci sia...). Ad ogni modo poiché c'era solo una piccola ventola che si accendeva con la luce accessa, la seconda notte ho preferito andare altrove. Ho richiesto, per la prima volta da quando ho booking, un rimborso per la notte di cui non avevo usufruito e mi è stato molto maleducamente rifiutato malgrado fossi stata molto gentile spiegando la situazione cin educazione. Anche, il palazzo è alquanto fatiscente.

• MARIA M. (8/5): Hostel tranquilo, limpio y bien situado - Está muy bien situado, limpio, bien cuidado. El desayuno es en una cafetería cercana y está bastante bien. Nada concreto que no me gustara, pero sí mejoraría la decoración de la entrada, y pondría algún plano o recomendaciones de sitios o actividades en Madrid... Hay 2 baños para todas, realmente haría falta 1 mas.

Es un espacio acogedor, climatizado, cómodo y seguro para viajeras solas. Cuenta con una área de té, café, refrigerador y dispensador de agua filtrada, todo a libre disposición de las pasajeras y eso se agradece porque me encanta tomar un tecito antes de acostarme! Como rizada, debo agregar que me encantó el detalle de que tuvieran en los baños buenas secadoras de cabello con difusor!!! Viajo seguido a Madrid y volveré a elegir este Hostel ❤️

• Kateryna (7/5): Good, but - The location is safe, and the beds were quite comfortable. A huge plus was the water dispenser with cups at the entrance! Also, the room is quite dark, which some people might actually prefer for a better sleep (not me... but). Administrator always was in touch. The place was difficult to find. Although there is a microwave, there are no eating utensils or cutlery at all, so keep that in mind. My main issue was the bathroom situation: there are only two bathrooms for three female rooms, which isn't enough. Since there is no staff on-site, the shared areas were messy in the morning, the toilets were clogged and there was hair everywhere. The host should definitely implement stricter house rules for guests to maintain cleanliness.

• Alicia Emilia (6/5): Diferente a lo que parece en fotos - Compartes con poca gente y solo hay mujeres. Agua e infusiones cortesía de la casa. La ropa de cama es oscura para disimular manchas y no es confortable la calidad, La funda del nórdico quedaba dudoso si había sido lavada incluso. El colchón te hundes, es de espuma bastante malo, si te mueves, tu huella se quedará donde la dejaste. Por suerte solo había reservado una noche. Es como un piso normal donde no hay nadie encargado de forma física. En las fotos parece muy diferente a la realidad, incluyendo las de la zona de desayuno, que son en un bar normalito a unos 3 minutos, con unos camareros muy amables.

My room was located right next to the bathroom, so I could clearly hear when other guests were using the shower. Additionally, some guests arrived late at night and spoke loudly in the hallway, which affected the overall quietness of the stay. Overall, the accommodation was fine, but a bit more attention to noise management would greatly improve the guest experience.
• KOTORI (10/5): マドリード観光したい女性一人旅におすすめ - 駅からすぐ近く、観光の中心地にあり、マドリードの市内観光はこの宿から全て歩いて回ることができました！立地が良いので途中で荷物置くのことも、休むこともできて便利でした。 シャンプー、ボディソープそしてコンディショナーももらえます。部屋は綺麗で、ベッドに個別の電気があるのもよかったです。近くの小さなカフェで朝ごはん食べられるのも良い。ウォーターサーバーがあるのも大変助かりました。 当日急遽予約したのですが、オーナーの方が丁寧に対応してくれました！不便なく滞在できました。ありがとうございます。またマドリードに訪れる際には利用したいです。

• Tatyana (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very quiet, with comfy beds, and self check-in was easy. The place feels very private and safe - only three rooms and two bathrooms, which were always available. I loved the common area with a Nespresso machine and unlimited free coffee, plus a fridge with plenty of space (I stored quite a lot of food to take back home and felt comfortable even leaving valuable items). Storage under the bed with a provided padlock fit my medium suitcase well, and towels were provided. Simple breakfast (pastry + coffee) at a nearby café is included. No kitchen, but I didn’t need one. Great central location and very responsive communication. Would happily stay again.

• Isabel Villaseñor (6/5): Bien para estancias cortas - El baño estaba limpio y las camas tienen un tamaño aceptable La habitación es pequeña y la entrada al edificio estaba sucia, es un edificio grande con muchas oficinas y negocios. No hay zonas comunes, tan sólo existe una salita muy pequeña.
