• Janice (5/5): It was not good. - The location is great When we arrived we tried to contact the owner about our concerns but he isnt responding until we left. On top of the bed (duvet cover) and the bedsheet has many hair strands and has stain so probably he didnt change it. The electric kettle we couldnt use because it was full of calc. The coffeemaker has no water tank, and the cups has coffee stains when we wash it, the stain was removed.

• SANDRINE (8/5): Visite de Milan - Logement pratique pour accéder au Centre de Milan. Pour la voiture, il y a plusieurs parking tout près mais à défaut d’avoir compris si nous risquions une amende en repartant hors week-end et dans les horaires de travail, nous nous sommes garés Via Vincenzo Maria Coronelli, 8, hors ZTL, à trouver par par parclick (appartement joignable ensuite par tram ou métro directs). Sans être au plein centre, la situation permet d’envisager beaucoup de visites à pieds. L’appartement est petit mais malin dans son agencement), il a beaucoup d’équipements (lave linge, four, grille pain, beaucoup de cintres et de porte-manteau - et même un lave vaisselle mais on aurait préféré un sèche linge !). Commerces, restaurants et marché ne sont pas loin. Le self check in permet de se débrouiller en autonomie. Le contact avec l’hôte est aimable. On était contents d’avoir la machine Nespresso et les capsules - mais sans le réservoir d’eau, nous ne sommes pas allés plus loin !

• Jodie (4/5): If want to sleep stay elsewhere, if you don’t mind no sleep this is your place to stay - Location was decent - average of a 15-20 minutes walk each direction to things to do. Ac works decent even though didnt use it for long about 10 minutes on 1 day of our stay Has near enough everything in the room that could need for a stay Person who owns it was always friendly and contacted us back as soon as Access to the room was easy Loads of storage space Very clean other than dirt marks on curtains other than that was very clean No lights by the bed so would always bang yourself when turning off the light, lamp could be ideal by the bed Internet didn’t work the whole time we were there but wasn’t a massive deal for us but for some maybe a problem BIGGEST ISSUE - THE NOISE! The noise was awful! Says sound proof but it really wasn’t, yes couldn’t hear the local pubs or traffic that side of things quiet but the people who live or stay in the building are inconsiderate, selfish nightmares. First night noise until 1am people banging doors and talking rather loud, then at 4.30am was woken up by what I’m going to guess was someone doing down the flights of stairs with a suitcase banging from one step to another top to bottom giggling rather than lifting the bag up. Was then up at 6.30am by the sound of people slamming their front doors and loads of bottles smashing together so I presume that’s people recycling their bottles which is fine but 6.30 am Isit fair? No! Second night wasn’t as bad as first night but still noisey until round 2am think because it was a Saturday night people might of been out later but once in was quiet all night after 2am thankfully but then around 7am again front doors slamming people talking really loud and what sounded like a child running back and fourth up the hall. We tried our best to push through even though sleep was badly deprived.

• Silviu (1/5): Bad - It is a scam.The apartment of horror. The apartment of horror. I left after one night although I had 3 nights reserved. I stayed at 15 degrees because it is not heat. I was staying somewhere at 5 pm because it was not clean. They did not change the linen and smelled of urine. I was kicked out because I asked to change my bed linen.

• Martin (8/5): Nice appartement for 1-2 travellers in Milan - big bed, comfortable, fully Equiped appartement. No light at the bed, nor in the bathroom?The key to the main door to the street is difficult to use.

• Marge (7/5): Good - It wasn't a bed, but a pull-out couch that creaked while sleeping. The second night we moved the mattress to the floor and it was better. The pillows were also unusual. The air conditioner made a very loud noise. It couldn't be left running overnight.

• Skdatta (3/5): Nice little apartment very badly run. - The best refrigerator I've had in 3 months trip. Kitchen well equipped. The drainage of the shower didn't work. Was most unpleasant. Air conditioning didn't work. I informe the host on friday morning. He answered had always been working. I insisted I couldn't get it to work. No more answers. On saturday morning I complained again. this time showing I was upset. He answered he was not a technician and he would take a technician on monday. I was to leave on sunday. It was 3 most horrible days and night.

• Dimitra (6/5): Pleasant - Fully renovated, with everything you need, very close to metro We arrived and the room wasn’t ready, we waited for 1:30 hour for the lady to come and clean it, we were stuck at the room without being able to have a shower or even lay on the bed. We were sitting on the chairs and waiting. After the quick cleaning, it was not the cleanest room, but ok. The owner was polite and offered us a small refund for the cleaning. When you arrive you have to call them and tell you how to find the keys and find the right room. Not the best experience, but we did it. Several sounds from outside were interrupting our sleep. Plus, they answered my messages only after I called Booking, they do not check them frequently.

• Natalia (2/5): Terrible experience!!!! Don’t rent it !!!! - Clean It was advertised with free parking !!! But , it’s NO parking !!! We were advised to park on the street . I asked few times if it was free and safe . And got answer that 100% free and safe . In morning it was a market on that street and car was evacuated!!! We spent 3 hrs of our vacation time and paid penalty to get car back . Terrible experience!!!! Also, very cold apartment Hot water tank is too small and not enough hot water to take shower for 2 people .

• Margit (10/5): Loved it! :) - Apartment was newly renovated, spotless clean and beautiful. Location was good, near to metro M2 stop, good connection with Linate Airport (metro M4) and Rho Fiera (metro M1) etc. Host and cleaning lady were both very friendly and helpful. A bit small, if You are planning to cook and eat in apartment. :D
