Parkplatz vor der Tür, man muss etwas geduld mitbringen, aber nach 15 min klappt es immer oder Man fährt zum Parkhaus ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Promenade am See ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Keycode für den Schlüssel kommt leider recht spät, ca. 4 h vor Ankunft. Hilfreich wäre, wenn man dies vorher mitteilt, dass der Keycode erst 4 h vor Ankunft kommt. Aber die Erklärung zum öffnen der Tür ist ausreichend gut.
• Aleksandra (8/5): The stay in Lecco was great. - Pleasant and clean Everything was excellent except for the sound of the stream than runs by the property. It made us feel as if it was raining all the time.

• Gerri (7/5): Nice apartment, good location. Poor customer service - The apartment was finished to a high standard and in a good location The communication with the management company was very poor. We did not get the details for check-in until 1 hour before. This was really stressful to travel so far and still have uncertainty re whether you would actually be able to get into your booked accommodation. This was despite numerous messages to the management company (which were not responded to) and a call to Booking.com. We travel a lot and have never had this situation previously. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with no lift so a struggle with suitcases. When we actually got into the apartment, the door handle fell off the back of the front door. We reported it immediately, but during the 1 week we were there, it was never fixed. It made it pretty tricky to lock the door to the apartment when we went out.
• Andrew (8/5): A wonderful high spec property in a beautiful location - A really lovely property in a beautiful location. Recently refurbished to a high specification. Comfortable and clean with high end additions such as a dishwasher and air conditioning unit. Close to the town but quiet and the lake at the bottom of the road. A few issues with contact and gaining information. The ‘Welcomely customer service’ system didn’t trigger the release of check in information so we had to chase via various methods to get access to the lock box up until the last minute before we flew in. It was quite worrying. The automated Fast Check has a few issues that need resolving.
