• Federica (6/5): Migliorabile - La posizione ottimale per i nostri interessi, considerata la vicinanza a al tribunale che dovevamo raggiungere per motivi di lavoro. Appartamento molto pulito Era la seconda volta che soggiornavamo in questo appartamento. Rispetto alla volta precedente ho trovato i servizi meno confortevoli. Anzitutto al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato in struttura né carta igienica né lenzuola per il divano letto. Il letto presente in camera aveva le lenzuola, ma una sola federa. Le asciugamani erano insufficienti. Abbiamo dovuto contattare la struttura due volte per poter ricevere le lenzuola e la carta igienica, che sono arrivate alle 20:00 con un rider. Considerato che viaggiavamo con i bambini questo aspetto non é stato gestito in maniera ottimale. Il rider poverino si è offerto di rifare lui il letto, ma visto che avevamo il bimbo che già dormiva (abbiamo dovuto addormentarlo sul passeggino) abbiamo preferito rifarlo da noi. Dato il prezzo pagato, avremmo preferito avere dei servizi differenti.
• Giedre (9/5): A small step away from being excellent - Location - very well connected by metro and trams, about a 15-minute walk to the cathedral. There’s a Pam local grocery store nearby, where we found everything we needed for basic cooking. Apartment - situated in a quiet area, with windows facing an inner courtyard. The only noises we heard were garbage collection and church bells, no parties or drunken singing. The apartment is very tidy and has all the necessary equipment for cooking. I especially liked that there is plenty of space to store clothes, as well as a clothes drying rack, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The shower has excellent water pressure, making it very pleasant to use. There was a misunderstanding during the automatic check-in, but the host responded quickly and helped resolve the issue. In their place, I would send a video instead of written instructions, for example, what we consider the second floor is labeled as the ground floor there 😊. It would also be helpful to clearly show where to dispose of garbage, as the written instructions in the apartment were not clear at all. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, I would rate the stay very highly. It’s just a small step away from being excellent. One downside is that it would have been nice to have at least some basic items provided, such as salt, pepper, a roll of paper towels or a kitchen towel, and at least one laundry capsule. In most apartments we’ve rented, there were at least a few essentials left. Still, we were glad to find dishwashing liquid and a couple of rolls of toilet paper. The more cleaning supplies provided, the more likely guests are to leave the apartment clean for the host.

• Annalisa (8/5): Più che buono, i dettagli negativi non sono cose importanti - Appartam nuovo, comodo e pulito, materassi perfetto, super fornito di elettrodomestici e due Tv, riscaldamento al massimo -piacevole in bagno. Posizione sicura e Fermate Tram a tre minuti a piedi. Caldo esagerato soprattuto in camera da letto. Nemmeno una cialda di benvenuto per la macchina del caffè (come si fa a comperare quelle giuste ? moka assente) nemmeno una spugnetta ne un goccio di detersivo né un canovaccio per asciugarsi le mani.

• Chiara (7/5): - Posizione ottima, facile check in. Si potrebbe fare attenzione alla pulizia delle stoviglie. Alcune erano sporche e non abbiamo trovato un detersivo e una spugnetta per sciacquarle. Era presente una macchina per il caffè espresso ma nessuna capsula per fare il caffè, non proprio ottimale per chi arriva la sera e non può fare una piccola spesa.

• Federica (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - L’appuntamento è pulitissimo, appena si entra colpisce l’odore di pulito, oltre che accogliente e posizionato in zona centrale, a due passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Inoltre è dotato di ogni comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, phone). La zona è davvero silenziosa e tranquilla. La struttura migliore che potessimo scegliere! Inoltre la proprietaria è stata gentilissima a consentirci di accedere all’immobile prima dell’orario del check in vista la disponibilità della struttura e per noi che viaggiavamo con due bambini piccolissimi questo aspetto è stato molto apprezzato. Ritorneremo sicuramente per i nostri prossimi soggiorni a milano! Nulla

• Milena (9/5): Superb - Good location, close to everything, big apartment, comfy beds, laundry works great, very spacious We only got one toilet paper for 3 days and 3 guests and two coffees so those are the little not costly touches that could have improved the experience
• Luca (7/5): A comfortable stay in a great location, with a few small areas for improvement. - The location was great and check-in went smoothly. The apartment fit the three of us perfectly and overall it was a decent stay. However, some basic amenities were missing—no kitchen towels, proper shower gel, or extra face towels, which are usually standard in similar places. The check-in and check-out times weren’t very flexible, and despite that, we were asked to check in an hour later due to delayed cleaning. I’d consider staying here again for the location and comfort, but it would be much better with a few small improvements.

• Erdi (9/5): Good comfort with a lot of freedom. - We are happy about our stay. Clear instructions. Easy entry into the apartment. Comfortable beds. Each bed (1 of them sleeping couch) facing a smart tv with youtube etc. Internet is superb. about 400Mbps. Dutch chargers just fit fine no need for travel adapter. Kitchen met all our needs to cook for ourselves. The only thing that annoyed me was there was like 2 mosquitos in the room. But the weather was very hot when we were there maybe bring bugspray just in case, but it wasn't a major problem. The pro's outweigh the cons by a far margin at the date of writing this review.

• Richard (8/5): Compact, quiet, new refurbished, good value - but needs a cleaner shower tray - Apartment size was good. The kitchen is a good size. The best thing is that the early morning noise levels are low. Milan is very bad for early morning garbage collection and smashing of glass as the Mayor is obsessed with cleanliness; when you rent a flat, it's very hard to know whether you are next to a garbage truck stop. The apartment looks in to a huge courtyard which is quiet. The area is generally quiet, as is the street itself. The windows have Venetian blinds set in an internal casing - which didn't work, so the flat was dark in the day. The shower tray was a bit old and used. And the rental agency had not restocked on toilet paper which is a bit sloppy when you are staying for two nights. More generally the rental agency (Cortivo House) failed to respond to my requests to fix the blinds and a broken toilet seat. In fairness to them they were embarrassed about this so I think this was a one off.
• Thomas (8/5): It was a pleasant stay near Duomo, about 15 minutes walk. Public transport about 5 to 10 minutes - Just provide my personal ID and contactless checkin and checkout. The two wardrobe in bed room the right bottom hinges are falling apart. The wine glass storage in the upper cupboard was too high for people under 178cm. There were quite a bit of mosquitoes in the apartment.

• Ihor (9/5): Worth to stay 100% - Great, new and clean apartment with all facilities that you can need during the short vacation. Locations is good, pretty close to centre there was a problem with sockets, we couldn’t use some technical with it, which is weird
