• Leigh (8/5): Nice comfort and location. - Location is great as is the comfort Outside needs a bit of work. All 4 bins full, weeds in lawn area are a foot high. With some up keep this could be excellent accomdation.

• Ruby (10/5): Great location! Loved our stay. - Really loved the location of this little cottage! With a beam stop directly out the front we could get into the city for as little as $5 beam. Cute cafe a couple doors down with delicious breakfast. The house had all the amenities and the owner was very accomodating. The outside bins had not been empty and they were all full. Seems like the bins hadn’t been put on the verge for a while.

• Marisa (10/5): Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time during our vacation in Adelaide. Great city and a great accommodation to go - Good location & facilities. The building is well maintained as well as the amenities. The garage is also a bonus because there’s time restrictions on the street parking. The water pressure in the shower. It’s quite bad, unsure why. And it wouldn’t hurt to get extra pillows too.
• David (5/5): It’s a very nice house in a good location letdown by poor support - Location was excellent. Recently renovated with all the facilities in good, clean condition. There was an electrical fault with the switch for the light in the second bathroom which kept tripping the circuit breaker. Notified the agent on our first day but didn’t get a reply until our third day and the promised Electrician never turned up. As a result we couldn’t use the second bathroom with six people. There are a few other minor issues such as one of the two sinks in the main bathroom was blocked. We were also a bit surprised to find that there was no milk in the fridge, no coffee for the coffee machine etc. All a bit barebones.
• Leah (8/5): great location and facilities for a family of 5 - great location and facilities for a family of 5 one of the sinks in the bathroom was blocked and the heat light fan in the second bathroom set off the electrical safety switch - this was reported but meant the space wasnt really useable which was annoying as the bath looked amazing
• Joanne (5/5): may stay elsewhere next time. - No breakfast. It was difficult to get the keys on arrival and communication was poor with the managing agent. there was no internet access even though there was a modem there. The showers were only luke warm.
• Matthew (6/5): Pleasant - Great location The power went out to the property and we couldn’t get ahold of the property manager to assist. We had to contact SA power and get them out to get our power back on.
• Kathy9 (8/5): Nice house, bad servicing, cold - The old house was well presented. Location of the house was ok. But we still need to drive to the Rundle mall area. Staff were not contactable Sat. Sunday by email, or SMS. Even Monday I had to ring the agent as no one called. Gas in the back yard was leaking too badly to use or enjoy for the whole stay. Not serviced very well at all and not responsive. Would recommend getting a new agent. Some pans dirty. Spoons missing. Only two tablespoons and one teaspoon Rooms and beds leaked warm blankets, no spare blankets. Was unpleasantly cold All rubbish 6 bins were full so not put out for weeks I would say.

• Alison (8/5): Wonderful stay and great location - Location, single level home, modern kitchen and bathrooms, lovely outdoor area, great layout. Rubbish bins were already full. Handheld shower in main bathroom did not work. Would recommend plastic/melamine plates and cups as we had 2 young children. Would also recommend stocking some laundry powder (not sanitiser) for the laundry, would've be a homely touch.
• David (8/5): We enjoyed our time in Adelaide. - The house was a good size for 5 adults, it is mostly well set out We had 1 bed fall apart, clearly the base slats didn’t slot / lock into place and a side timber fell off which meant the mattress and slats moved when you move in your sleep, ended up sleeping on the couch. The second shower had no screen or curtain so the floor got very wet. There was no hand towels.
• Teresa (9/5): Superb - The location was great,easy to access all the location. Bonus part is with the garage. We can parked the car inside. All the rooms is so spacious and with two bathrooms. No need need to fight who need to go first. The instructions was clear how to get the get in and get out the premises. We had the great time. My friends from Kl was so please that we got the place. Down fall of the toilet paper is not enough to survive for 7days for 6ppls.

• Ivan (8/5): A great location and we will use this house again when we return to Adelaide in the future. - The cottage has very high ceilings and hence was quite cold upon entry. It took a day to warm the house using the gas fire. The master bedroom had no heating, and the bed covering was thin, we had to purchase a comforter to add additional warm to the bed. The other front bedroom has a convection heater that produced fumes upon use. We discontinued its use, but the bed coverings were quite thick and made the children's sleep ok.

Supplied tea bags, milk, coffee pods for the coffee machine, supply a tea pot for the tea leaves supplied, have the hand soap containers in the bathrooms full and ensured the tray in the oven was clean.

Very quirky bathroom. Garage was very helpful as the street parking has time restrictions We walked most places from there rather than driving and parking. Was missing an oven tray or something to cook items on in the oven.

• Rick (9/5): Thankyou! - Mega central to everything! Very cool outdoor room with a TV for music etc, garage to lock away your vehicle. Great service from the presenter. Definitely would stay here again. Highly rate this place. Not much to say.. I guess as we had a second vehicle.. there was no where to park on the street on occasions.. and is limited to 1 hour Saturdays and during the week.. that honestly was a bit of a Head ache. But over all this stay was awesome. Recommended!!
