André (7/5): Bom custo benefício! - Excelente localização, perto de tudo quanto é comércio e principalmente da praia! Ahhh, o ar condicionado gelando em TODOS os cômodos fez toda a diferença! Gostamos muito da estadia, mas acreditamos que o imóvel merece um cuidado maior na revisão antes do check-in. Tivemos problemas com o funcionamento de um chuveiro (resolvido durante a estadia) e notamos pequenos detalhes de manutenção que podem ser melhorados, como as lixeiras do banheiro, o rodinho da pia e a conexão da antena da TV na suíte. A disposição de itens básicos, como panos de chão, também facilitaria muito a experiência. Fica a sugestão para garantir o padrão de excelência do apartamento.
