• Soreca (5/5): Piacevole ma avere prima delle info sarebbe meglio. - palazzina molto carina, centrale . bagno confortevole Il nostro appartamento era al 4 ° piano senza ascensore (nell'annuncio segnala la presenza di scale ) ma non 4 piano a piedi , una volta entrati nell appartamento altra rampa di scale e per accedere al terrazzino altra rampa di scale piccolissima, stretta e bassa. Forse meglio specificare nell'annuncio tutto questo, Sia per persone grandi di età e sia per i bambini. Il livello di pulizia non eccellente (soprattutto il bagno).

• ANTONIO (1/5): Estafa - No tiene nada que ver las fotos con la realidad , y no pone en ningún sitio que está en el cuarto piso la entrada, y después otro piso más de escaleras, una estafa. La atención, la falta de información de las instalaciones, edificio tercermundista, y las fotos que bookin proporciona no tiene nada que ver, todo deteriorado y no se puede usas
• Thierry (6/5): Goede locatie. Dit appartement is ruim en modern maar ontbreekt aan comfort. - Een heel leuke locatie, midden in het centrum. De douche ging niet goed, er was amper druk op de kraan, geen thermostaat. De airco was moeilijk af te stellen. Wifi verbinding werkt niet goed. We hadden last van mieren in de keuken. Er was in de keuken niets voorzien van koffiepads, geen thee, geen keukenhanddoek. Er was maar 1 sleutel als gezin van 4 volwassen.
• maximiliano (9/5): - Gran ubicación! justo en la plaza Santa Croce. La terraza es un lujo aparte para el que gusta disfrutar esas vistas. Todo ideal! el tema de la escalera es importante aclararlo y tenerlo en cuenta, pero en mi experiencia volveria 100%

• Monika (9/5): Lovely stay in perfect location with the bonus of outdoor space and impressive views. - Spacious apartment in great location with fantastic views from the rooftop terrace. Aircon worked well and was much needed in July. We were a group of 3 and were given only one key, as we didn’t always spend time together, this was a bit inconvenient for us.

• Louise (10/5): Incredible - The top floor apartment was amazing, spacious, clean, airy, comfortable, central, quiet, honestly the best place we stayed.
• Ronda (10/5): It was even better than we were expecting - beautiful and we loved deck. - The location was amazing. Right next to famous church with beautiful views of landmark sights from private deck. Everything was great.
• Christopher (9/5): Superb - Great location. Very pleasant greeting and check in. Our favorite stay during a 2 week trip. Appreciated the plentiful AC in multiple rooms. Expected coffee pods and there weren't any. Hoped for more than one room key for our four person group (but I accidentally booked it for 2 and was pleased that they had no problem with an extra 2 people).

Nothing really….they could have a better selection of kitchware and some nicer towels but that wasn’t a deal breaker at all.

• Sam (10/5): Dreamy Duomo views - The roof terrace was incredible! Dreamy day and nighttime views of the Florence skyline. The flat itself was very spacious and plenty big enough for the both of us. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Florence, will be staying here again!
• Mark (8/5): Very good - but some small improvements would make it great - Great location, views and well furnished apartment. 85 steps! Very small kitchen. but we knew that before we arrived. I think the property could improve its service - for the price I would expect more than 2 loo rolls, some coffee capsules for the machine and more than 1 bin bag. I found the check in rushed and not very personal - especially when compared to the last 2 properties we stayed at during our holiday.
