• Matteo (9/5): Nice apartment in West Belfast - Nice apartment, big living room and it has everything you need. It would need some maintenance, some walls need to be repaint and the sink in the kitchen leaks water. Location is very quiet and calm but far from the city center. Overall it's worth the price!

• Sean (9/5): Hidden gem. Clean, tidy and convenient. - Hidden gem… lots of room for us, (4 adults 1 child). The landlord communicated well with us. Iron, washing machine, apartment well heated and plenty of hot water. Not much to dislike, maybe location is a big isolated but uber got to us easily enough.

Very comfy sofas 😊 it was clean and all necessary items available👍🏻 overall recommended ! Tons of rubbish all over the estate, dogs poo in front oh the entrance seems to not bother anyone living in there .. I would consider replacing front door as they feel not so sturdy and no sound proof at all . Bathroom would benefit from the refurbishment and some small night lamp in the living room world be nice.

And omg it has everything u need to have tea or coffee and other few bits and pieces, which made it more homely etc That it was booked up when I tried to add another night to my stay lol

• Emma (8/5): Last minute trip to Belfast - Great location, within driving distance of the city. Great communication from the host with easy access to the apartment. Parking available onsite. The apartment was clean on arrival. A little loud outside and upstairs but no reflection on the apartment. Wouldn't put me off staying again 😊

• Caitriona (8/5): Very good - Very clean and great facilities. Host was very attentive. Mattresses were quite thin. Area wasn't great.
• Mary (4/5): Very disappointing - The rooms had been cleaned and the bedding washed. The rooms were an adequate size as was the living area. The furniture and decor was ok. The landlord did not text the key box code as promised so we had to request and wait on arrival. The said the TV remote was missing in advance. The duvets and sheets were wrinkled and the beds were made up poorly and looked like they had been slept in. There were two extra wrinkled pillow slips thrown loosely on one bed and the extra pillows were drying on a rack in the kitchen/living room with a wet towel. One duvet filler was in clumps which was not warm or comfortable. Towels were not folded. Half the bath panel fell onto the floor and the bathroom door didn’t lock. There was a hole in the wall behind one of the bedroom doors. The fridge had frozen ice covering part of the back panel and the freezer was completely frozen over with some frozen food stuck in the bottom drawer. A kitchen table chair had a bent broken leg which was dangerous. We reported all to the landlord and sent photos but didn’t get much satisfaction. Very disappointed but glad we were only there for one night.

Good value for money and helpful host. Quiet and perfect for our needs. Fridge was full of out of date and off foodstuffs, some of it VERY out of date. Nowhere to dispose of rubbish as all the outside bins were overflowing.

• Robyn (9/5): Great for a family stay! - Great place, very clean, stocked with the basics you need. Very quiet at night with nice neighbors, we slept great here! Lots of cool air at night here because there are a ton of nice windows throughout which was nice as we came during a warm spell. Not far at all from the train station, great location if you're traveling with family and want some peace. We had a little trouble finding the particular building-- there are allot of them and they look alike. Once we found the building all was well! It would have been nice if 1-2 extra blankets or sheet were in the unit- my son wanted to sleep on the couch.

• Lee (9/5): Great apartment close to city with a great host - Property exactly as shown and described, great communication from the host , had everything needed , felt a little like home , FREE parking and pretty close to the city , cost us £8 in a taxi , the price was reasonable we paid £90 for 3 of us but the apartment could have slept 4 , highly recommended if your visiting belfast and don’t want to pay the expensive prices of the city

It would help to have an instruction booklet on how to use some of the things in the apt. such as the hot water, heater, etc. Beds were a little lumpy.
