- Kelly To (10/5): - Although the location was a little bit out of central Saigon, it was very convenient and just a Grab bike away from everything. Staff were super accomodating and had very fast communication when it came to our needs. Place was so spacious and nice, multiple elevators made it so fast getting home. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back again!! Staff came into our apartment to clean which we were not aware of. But we talked to them about it and they were very apologetic and it was all a misunderstanding!

- Jack (9/5): - Very spacious and modern apartment. Lots of free drinking water provided. Very comfortable and new beds. Pizza 4Ps next door which is great. Good smart TV. Nice balconies. The rooftop pool and the other facilities are in a separate building, which we couldn’t use the first day due to no key. Sauna and steam room weren’t working, and this wasn’t disclosed to us beforehand. Floors in the apartment were in need of a mop.

- anh (10/5): - Location was great, walking distance to a few cafes and supermarkets. Great base to stay for everything, grab is very easy and cheap to use. Hosts were great kept checking on wats app to see if we needed anything, great communication and checking in and out was very easy. Apartment was ok nice and spacious but could do with a makeover but wasnt a big deal. It was clean but be aware its an apartment not hotel so you do your own cleaning etc. But thats with it being an apartment its easy enough to do your own cooking. Could do with a better iron and some where to hang clothes that cant go into the dryer. Kitchen could do a few more glasses and cups but we made it good enough. But overall cant fault it, we a family of 5 had a wonderful 2 wks and cant wait to come back. Pool was ok, bit on the small side but great view needs more sun chairs. Jacuzzi wasnt available

When there was a problem with the room, the host and his staff tried to arrange for me a great room that suited my wishes. I have been trying to find a place to heal my soul and this is the ideal place to stay. From the space to the environment, everything makes me feel comfortable. Vietnam is definitely a place worth choosing for a vacation.

The furniture and amenities are fully equipped, from beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs to small items, creating the feeling of being in my own home. The space is clean, bright and carefully cared for, helping guests to easily relax and enjoy their stay.

Located in District 1, but the building itself is quiet and secure. The staff were responsive and helpful tho. The apartment was modern, spotless, and tastefully designed. - Håvard Mandt (9/5): Spacious apartment in a nice area - Spacious apartment with a great floor plan. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, washing room and kitchen with all separate rooms and even a balcony. Good communication with staff when it comes to check-in and check-out through WhatsApp. Good location when it comes to getting around the city. We could even walk to Saigon square. Nothing much really. Had to wait 20 minutes for check-in upon arrival. We also had some issues with the hot water in one of the bathrooms.. Would not book the pickup service from airport again when this seem overpriced. We booked a car to the airport from Klook when we left which was cheaper. We only stayed for 2 nights, so I am not really sure how housekeeping works.
- MatthewSID337 (7/5): - What we paid for a three-bedroom apartment in the city centre it was good. This is not meant to operate as short-term leases so no extra care or attention given to guests. The apartment wasn't very clean and im pretty sure I was attacked by a bug in my room on arrival. There was no hot water.
- Lia (5/5): Good location and size of apartment but not the apartment we actually booked. - Location in district 1 was good. The size of the apartment was also good and we liked having a washing machine. Sadly the photos of the apartment are nothing like the apartment we got. I screenshot our booking and it listed many facilities that our apartment did not possess. The photos on booking.com are not even close to the apartment we ended up in. We even emailed the host on the 9th of June to confirm we could use the facilities in the building and were told yes. Only to then check in and be told that they were "under maintenance". Please be aware that the reception at the apartment complex is not for the individual apartment you book. You will have to communicate to your specific apartment host as the entire complex is mostly residents. The host then sends his workers down to meet you. And you pay them on a handheld card machine. This is not a hotel. We feel deceived because upon communication and sharing with the hosts, screenshots from our booking, we definitely DID NOT get the apartment we had booked.

Then they told us that there is some maintenance required as per building policy, so we will shift you to another Apartment. In this smaller apartment, there was some maintenance going on The next door from 6am in the morning. Which was very Annoying. The Next Morning, they shifted Us to the Apartment in besides building in same complex, which was the one which we had booked. But that apartment had no Crockery & Kitchen Utensils. Also the Electric Stove was faulty. So then after our complaint, it was repaired after couple of hours. For the Crockery they excused that we don't have it.

Our host Paul was very communicative. There was a pretty funky smell in one of the bathrooms and the hosts could service the room more frequently for a six night stay so we don’t have to request towel replacement and toilet paper. The sauna was not hot enough; only reaches 60 Celsius after 45mins

- Nk1989 (5/5): Passable - busy location with the road but it felt quiet in the apartment nice view close by - just a few minutes away with a grab to everything convenient to have a laundry machine would not stay again. sadly the booking was non refundable so we decided to stay. the apartment was cleaned very quickly and poorly. they suggested they could send another cleaner in the following day but one of us had to stay in the apartment due to illness, therefore it was non convenient. it didn't really match the pictures we saw on bookings.com... side lamp broken, very dirty and stained couch, no chairs on the balcony to hang, random dusty framed art tossed in a corner and nothing was on the wall. they contacted us in advance by WhatsApp asking for a deposit which gave a us a red flag because that's not what it was agreed on bookings.com / since we booked this place last minute, it didn't give us the option to cancel, but i would have done it if it was possible.
