• Aizzat (8/5): Overall: I was very satisfied with this house and would definitely book again for my family. The price is also reasonab - The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Perfect for a larger family of 4–6 people. The owner has renovated it with a lovely décor theme 👍 The property is well-equipped with all the essentials—kitchenware, washing machine, plates, cups, iron, fridge, oven, WiFi, Netflix, and more. It really feels just like staying at home 👍👍😁😁😁 The host is very responsive and quick to reply whenever there are questions or issues 👍 Things to note: • Towels had a slight smell, maybe the host forgot to wash them. I used the washing machine provided (with Breeze detergent included) 😂 • Parking is limited and not numbered (first come, first served). If you arrive late, you may need to park a little further away. • The neighborhood has some foreign residents. Families with small children may want to be a bit more attentive, but during my stay everyone was friendly and often greeted with a smile.

• NURUL FARHANA (8/5): - Rumah yg cantik, selesa Dan bersih.. Facility yg owner sediakan pun mencukupi. Mungkin boleh sediakan 1 foldable bed sebab katil yg agak tinggi Dan risiko untuk anak kecil.. Kawasan apartment agak tidak bersih Dan ramai warga asing.

Smelly toilet coming from the drainage. 3. The house is 10/10, but outside the house is not suitable for family.

• Syazana (9/5): Bittersweet memory - The house was not that spacious but the owner knows how to make full use of the space and decorated the house very nicely. It has all basic essentials and it's comfortable enough for a group of 5 because it has 3 single beds and one queen bed. It's easy to deal with the owner. It's also easy to find food nearby and very near to public transport. I was so disappointed when I reached there at 3.00 p.m sharp and the house wasn't ready. There were 2 cleaners still cleaning it and asked us to wait for another 10-15mins or until the house was ready. I called the owner and the owner said the previous family who were there checked out late at 1 p.m and he did not update me or ask me if I could wait for a while until the house was ready. It was unacceptable because the rules and regulations are very clear about check in and check out timing. I had to wait for almost 20-30mins until the house was fully cleaned and ready. I was not happy about it, hence this complaint.

• H. (4/5): Disappointing - House is neat. The decoration is nice. Owner is helpful. Small space. Very dissapointed with the stay as it is surrounded with foreigners. Smelly. Hard to find parking space. I even found few dead cockroaches in the rooms. Aircond in main bedroom is leaking, so it doesn’t cold enough. Overall, not a nice experience to stay.
