• Petar (3/5): - The location is very convenient to talk around the center and catch the subway to destinations further from the flat. It was clean and well maintained. We were given a 15:00 time to pick up the keys /the free option where you don't have to pay 25 euros/. The key was not there so we had to call 5 different numbers that gave us no information. We were already looking for another flat to stay in as we were sure they ghosted us, when we met the guy leaving the keys by accident. We didn't even get an apology for the fact that we waited for an hour on the street in front of the Pongo locker place. It felt like a revenge because we didn't pay for the key delivery option. We had tickets for 16:00 for parc Guell that we lost, because of the delay so don't make any plans if you are staying there. On top, they started ringing the door bell around 10 o'clock the day we had to leave, although we were supposed to leave by 11. The place is too noisy at night so you'll need ear plugs if you want to sleep well. Additionally the smaller toilet has a weird smell to it that's coming from somewhere, it smells like it's from the canal.

• Fernanda (8/5): Está bien, pero… - La limpieza, sus camas cómodas, buena distribución del ambiente, electrodomésticos que se utilizaron funcionaban bien. Buena atención de la anfitriona. Las puertas se cierran muy fuerte, podrían colocar un gomita entre la puerta y la base de la misma, para que cierre despacio. Mejorar el estado de los cuchillos. El pagar 30 euro adicional para que nos entreguen la llave en el departamento no corresponde.
• Kerstin (7/5): - Nette Wohnung mit süßem Balkon in toller Lage. Super Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend. Vom Platz vor dem Haus hat man Blick auf die Sagrada Familia. Die Schlafzimmer sind aufgrund von einfach verglasten Fenstern sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt alles mit, was sich auf der Straße unten abspielt. Verkehr, Müllabfuhr, Straßenreinigung etc. Außerdem sind teilweise die Fensterläden kaputt, wodurch es zusätzlich noch sehr hell wird in den Schlafzimmern. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr überschaubar. Insgesamt könnte alles etwas gepflegter sein.
• Erich Wilhelm (7/5): Die Wohnung ist zwar grundsätzlich ok könnte aber was leiser sein. - Die Lage lohnt sich für die Sagrada Família. Die Aussicht über die Stadt ein bisschen Meerblick. Zu laut. Wenn man ins Zentrum will immer mit Bus,U-Bahn,Taxi usw. Geht zwar auch zu Fuß aber zurück geht es immer Bergauf.

• Francesca (10/5): - Appartamento in posizione ottima. Attaccata alla Sagrada. Si scendeva dal portone, e la si poteva ammirare. Molti Servizi sotto casa . Appartamento accogliente. Due camere, due bagni ( uno solo con doccia), lavatrice, asciugapelli...insomma ottimo per il soggiorno a Barcellona. Unica pecca il costo de check in di 50€ ( siamo arrivati alle 21)

• Rayan (1/5): Ekelhaft, Unwohlsein, Schmutzig und Gefährlich! - Garnichts. Die Unterkunft ist kapput, wände schmutzig, bettdecken nicht sauber, harre auf boden, laminat leisten alle kapput. Die unterkunft ist sehr teuer für das was wir bekommen haben. Ich hätte es mir anders vorgestellt. Ich werde eine Rückerstattung von der unterkunft beantragen. Alles. Die unterkunft ist nicht wie auf den bildern und ist extrem schmutzig. Die elektrischen Geräte haben nicht funktioniert. Der wasserkocher war von innen kapput, beinahe hätte man ein stromschlag bekommen. Der haar föhn war ebenfalls kapput, schon sekunden nach dem einschalten des Gerätes, ist das gerät sehr heisst geworden. ich vermute mal wenn wir die stecker nicht herausziehen würden, das gerät platzen würde. Nagel auf dem boden!!!! Lebensgefährlich!!
• Danijela (10/5): - Lokacija je fantastična. U apartmanu imate sve što Vam ja potrebno za 5 dana boravka. Na svaki detalj su mislili. Higijena je zadovoljavjuća,u skladu sa očekivanjima. Domaćica koja nas je sačekala nije znala engleski, mi ne znamo španski,tako da smo se sporazumevali mahanjem ruku🤣. Na početku zakazivanja je pisalo da po dolasku treba da doplatimo oko 82 e turističku taksu, naplaćeno nam je 120e, neke dve različite takse,zbog otežanog sporazumevanja nismo shvatili zašto.

• Hripsimè (7/5): Goed voor een korte verblijf - De locatie is heel fijn, op wandelafstand van Sagrada Familia. De vloeren waren niet gedweild, onze witte sokken werden snel heel vuil. Ook was er heel veel lawaai te horen van buitenuit, zeker in de ochtend.
• Adi (6/5): - الموقع جيد وجود رسوم مخفية تطلب عند الدخول مختلفة عن الضرائب، مكان استلام المفاتيح بعيد عن موقع الشقة واذا رغبت باستلامها في الشقة يتم ارسالها مع موظف برسوم تعتبر عالية ، الماء في دورة المياه يبرد بسرعة والتدفئة لاتعمل اطلاقا ، بعد استلام جميع الرسوم تم التواصل مع المكتب لم يتم الرد ، الواي فاي ضعيف جدًا، المصعد صغير جدًا و يتعطل بشكل متكرر.

• Angelina (3/5): - Локацията Имахме проблеми ,не работеше бойлера и климатика , след поредица разговори по телефона и чат , изпращане на снимки на бойлера на домакините , нямаше никаква реакция от тяхна страна.Те просто пишеха безсмислици с цел да забавят нашите негативни реакции и да приключи престоя ни.Апартамента не е реновиран скоро,тъмен и с проблеми в електроинсталацията.Единственият му плюс е локацията.Не го препоръчвам.

• giulia andrea (4/5): location ottima pulizia indegna - posizione ottima vicino alla metro e con supermercati molto vicini assenza di servizi indicati come 4 sedie invece che 6, assenza di pulizia (abbiamo trovato i cuscini dei letti sporchi e il lavandino in cucina con residui di cibo ), mancanza di asciugacapelli (richiesto al proprietario ma non servito . Il lavandino del bagno più grande perde e quando ci si fa la doccia si allaga il bagno per mancata pendenza della doccia

The internet. Unfortunately, the internet didn't work during our stay. But it wasn't a big problem for us.
• JOSE ROBERTO (5/5): Achei caro pela qualidade do apartamento! - Localização Falta jarra de café da cafeteira, só tinha 1 taça de vinho e pequena! O box é pequeno e não era fechado! Cortina plástica! Poltronas e tapete sujas! Janelas externas e alguns batentes podres! Tentei ligar o aquecedor de toalhas no banheiro, os disjuntores desarmaram e fiquei no escuro, ainda bem que eu conheço um pouco dessa situação e resolvi!

• Delieva (2/5): I would not recommend this place! - The only real advantage of this apartment is its location, close to the Sagrada Familia. We were three families, and the apartment has three bedrooms, which was convenient. Days before our trip, I mentioned on Booking that our check-in would be between 16:00 and 18:00, and the host confirmed it. However, on the day of arrival, he suddenly informed me that 18:00 was considered a “late check-in” and demanded an extra €30 fee. This has never happened to me before — we have checked into other places even late at night without any issues. After landing, the host started calling repeatedly while the plane was still moving. We arrived as quickly as possible, around 17:20, but he was late himself, and we had to wait outside for about 20 minutes. The apartment is on the ground floor, without a terrace, and the windows cannot be opened because people hang around outside, which made us feel unsafe. It’s hot and noisy inside, as the wooden shutters must remain closed; otherwise, anyone passing by can see straight inside. Before the trip, I explicitly asked for a hairdryer, which the host confirmed, but it turned out to be completely burnt and unusable. I messaged him several times on WhatsApp with no reply, even though he had said we could contact him anytime if we needed something. We also had to pay a tourist tax of €6.25 per person per night — a total of €112.50 — plus the €30 check-in fee, all requested in cash. The internet connection in the apartment is weak and keeps disconnecting. In the bathrooms, the shower curtains were dirty and partly torn, which left a very poor impression. The apartment was relatively clean but furnished with very old and worn-out furniture. Overall, poor maintenance, unfair extra charges, and unprofessional communication. I would not recommend this place.

• Roberta (8/5): Bom custo benefício. - Excelente localização, apartamento amplo e de acordo com as fotos .. boa comunicação com a agência. A porta de um dos banheiros não fechava. E para familias maiores, vale ressaltar que só tinham 4 cadeiras na cozinha.
• Chiara (8/5): VICINISSIMO AI MEZZI E ALLA SAGRADA FAMILIA - Appartamento accogliente e in posizione strategica ai mezzi. Vicinissimo alla Sagrada. Non comodissime le scale, ma il palazzo è dotato di ascensore. Un po' rumoroso, perché posizionato su una strada di passaggio, quindi non adatto a chi ha un sonno leggero. Noi abbiamo dormito benissimo 😊

La porta di un bagno non si chiudeva, il lavandino aveva una perdita ed è stato inutilizzabile per tutto il soggiorno. Il fon in dotazione non funzionava, pericoloso da utilizzare. Non c'è rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci sono a mio avviso manutenzioni da apportare perché ad oggi l'appartamento non offre i servizi che dovrebbe avere per il prezzo richiesto.

The bathroom lock failed completely, trapping my wife inside for two hours. We were then unfairly charged for the locksmith to break it open, despite this clearly being a maintenance issue. These problems should have been fixed before our arrival and were not our responsibility. The property was in disrepair, with multiple broken locks. • Elena (1/5): A DISASTER ! - I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I paid €1,300 for 6 nights for this Apartment, an hour before the plane landed I received a message from them that there was a LAST MINUTE mess! They told us that this Apartment was no longer available, they gave us another apartment at a much greater distance! The apartment was filthy, miserable, I was disgusted to take a shower! Also the baby cot was broken and full of stains! Their answer was: Take this apartment so you don't end up on the streets! I find it execrable! I attach pictures!! A DISASTER! I can only attach 4 pictures, I would put 10.

• Ben (1/5): The most terrible place to stay - Nothing It’s the most terrible place to stay. The sleeping rooms are facing the main streets so they are extremely nosy during night. Bed sheets are dirty, sofas are disgusting. The key of the door does not work, you have to use force to pull it out every time you opened the door. The sink in the bathroom clogged so the water does not go down. The room is too cold to sleep. No duvet or blanket is provided after requested 10 times. they don’t care about the customers nor taking any responsibility by no answering your message (WhatsApp)/picking up the phone.They just want your money and leave you in shitty place.
