- Dylan (7/5): It was pleasant and peaceful. Overall, worth the value for the budget. - The location of the property is really nearby all amenities, malls, and cafes. The host will provide the details before your arrival and detailed all the amenities and facilities of the building. The A/C coldness can be improved and the general cleaning can be better as well. When I entered, it seems like the room has not been used in awhile. Also the bathroom is a little bit dark, so can consider having one more light.

The bathroom didn't have a proper shower head and it made things a little bit tedious. Otherwise the whole experience was as spectacular as the view on the 52nd floor!

- Shireen (6/5): Simple stay for a short trip. - Good location. There are a lot of eateries around to choose from. There is a huge indoor playground that occupies the whole basement. A paradise for kids! The agent - Patrick - was helpful in checking us in and also accommodating to our requests for extra bedsheet and blanket. The apartment was too small for us. There is only 1 bathroom, which was poorly designed. It has no ventilation so the damp and musty smell sticks. There is also 1 power point in each bedroom. The photos of the apartment look better than in real life. The bar chairs have turned rusty.
- Kee Juan (4/5): the place was worth the money but could have been better checked and cleaned - i liked that the facilities that could be used and the safety of the apartment the particular room we were assigned was not well cleaned. There were many baby cockroaches that were crawling below the induction stove drawer. Every day we would have to kill a few of them which inconvenience us as we could not put anything at the kitchen top with fear of getting them infested.
- George (2/5): - There was leakage on the floor from the bottom of the toilet bowl, so every time you flash water, it is coming out with whatever is included in it...... moreover the aircons even if they seem new, the are not efficient. However, the fact that you were discussed to visit the toilet is the worst!!! Last but not least, in the photos you can see a well maintained appartment. The reality is completely different...

- Racyna (7/5): Good - I love the bed is so comfortable nice kitchen & clean. Mr Toni was so friendly & helpful. Toilet is too small as I am wheelchair bound.
- James (8/5): Great location for Batam Center - Easy check in instructions......couldn't make the door key work every time, but it was easy to use the key pad. A minor problem with the wash hand basin drain activation in the bathroom, but Toni arrived within minutes of being told about the problem and had it fixed in no time.
- Rachel (7/5): Overall is reasonable price, just that accessibility to the room n floor is very troublesome - Someone to bring along and explained on the detail We booked several rooms but were assigned at different building. Limited access card for a room with friends and family. Drinking water only provided 1 bottle per room on the day we checked in. Water heater is not hot enough

The apartment is clean, modern, and comfortable, with great facilities like the gym and swimming pool. The location is convenient, and the building is safe and well-maintained. A big thank you to Agent Toni, who has been excellent throughout — always attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to our needs. He really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. - Mei (3/5): Poor - The service from the staff is good as he is very responsive and try his best to settle the aircon issue that we faced. The aircon inside the 2-bedroom apartment is not working and water is dripping down for one of the room. The toilet is smelly and the machine to boil water is not working too. The only good point is the staff very responsible and try to get a technician to fix the aircon when we inform him.

- Priscillia (8/5): Very good - Location was good, very near Batam Centre pier. There is a newly opened indoor playground for kids at the mall just below the apartment. The children had a great time! Host was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was acceptable, and beds were comfortable. One of the units we booked was not as well maintained.

- Lisa (9/5): Great address for solo travelers or couples on Batam island - Small, fully furnished apartment in the high-rise towers visible from many places on Batam. Bed was comfy, A/C worked well, pool & gym were a nice addendum. Staff were extremely attentive, helped within minutes when the door code wasn't working, and checked in regularly. Very good option on Batam island (which isn't exactly dotted with hotels)
