• Steve (8/5): - Comfortable. Good layout. Kitchen facilities good. Pool and hot tub good. There was a problem with the hot tub resulting in a maintenance man being needed but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Air con didn’t seem to work correctly, particularly overnight. House generally needs maintenance- eg door handles mostly broken. Main criticism is that there were lots of rules and threats (eg you must….. or you will lose your deposit) but virtually no helpful instructions (ie how to heat the hot tub, adjust the air con, house alarm, etc).

• David (9/5): We had a great stay, loved the location, it was quiet and a perfect distance away from the parks, with loads of amenitie - Location, value for money, pool, facilities, beds so comfortable and size of the property was excellent. Needs updating but nothing major, just a paint and freshen up.
• Rick (5/5): We enjoyed our stay as we were in Florida however for the price we paid for the villa I have to say overall we are disap - The villa was a really good size for the 4 of us. The seating area in the lounge was sized ok, however as the villa has 7 beds, including 2 double beds, if there were 8 people staying there then the seating would not be adequate. The cleanliness was quite poor when we arrived. There was dust on the counter tops in the kitchen area, the sink in the en suite bathroom was rusting, the toilet brushes were stained with previous visitors use, I had to clean the washing machine detergent dispenser as it was covered in congealed brown gunge and there were cockroaches running in the cupboards and under the furniture aswell as lizards inside the property. There was also what looked like a hornets nest outside the front door. The pool was a disappointing size for the villa. It was small for the 4 of us, had we had 8 staying as per the amount of beds in the property then it would definitely not have been big enough. Also the pool was cold, we didn’t pay for pool heating as that would have been an additional $525 for the 15 night stay. We also had a power cut when we came home from one of the parks which caused the food we had in the freezer to defrost and milk to turn in the fridge. The power had clearly been off for a number hours while we were out. This was rectified following telephone calls at around 23:30. The villa is in a location with plenty of shops such as Publix (which was really expensive so we only used it once) there was a Walmart nearby, Denny’s and plenty of eateries but it was quite a long way out from the parks - 30 to 40 minutes drive to Disney and Universal.
• Jodie (8/5): Fantastic hoilday a home away from home - Villa is great we loved the pool nice and clean Was quite far away from disney says 25 mins but with traffic took over 45 mins each way but not the villas fault the traffic in florida is just crazy, you definitely need to hire a car when stopping here

• Nicole (7/5): Location is excellent, we could not get a hold of management when needed, and the beds were hard. - The location was great! The house was good perfect for what we needed. House was clean. Everything was ready for us when we got to the house. The beds were very uncomfortable, we tried multiple beds in the 4 rooms and all of them were hard, as if sleeping on just a box spring. The pool people came with no warning on Wednesday and left the pool fence down and a hose in the pool which we had to put away. We also had to bring in a rather large and heavy couch that was delivered. We tried calling management multiple times left messages and never received a return phone call.

• Jim (7/5): Overall a good stay at a nice villa. We would come here again - We had a very nice stay at this villa. The villa is nice and spacious and the area seemed nice and quiet enough. We never had any issues. The pool and spa were very good and the villa location is well situated. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but not too far. We had easy access to the parks and the daily drive was as expected with the Orlando traffic. Yes we would stay here again is the bottom line. Good value and a nice area. The kids loved the pool but be aware there is a charge of $35 a day for pool heating. As others have mentioned, it could do with a bit of a freshen up inside as it is a bit dated. The couches are well past their sell by date and were not comfortable for sitting on. We had to do a bit of cleaning ourselves also when we arrived as it was a bit dusty still in places and we weren't confident it had been properly cleaned up. Some new blinds, curtains and and a bit of a paint would not go a miss.
