• Jonathan (5/5): Passable - Quiet and relaxing. Added room was a timber structure onto a caravan which made it very hot but jacuzzi was a added extra and bbq was great

• Thomas (1/5): Hot tub not working - Everything else Was ideal After discovering the hot tub wasn't working on arrival, se contacted the renters to report it. They assured us someone would come and look at it that evening. Nobody arrived so we called again to be told they would come the next day. At thus point we were assured we'd receive a refund for the first night's stay. Nobody arrived the following day and the hottub still wasn't working. I tried to contact the renters again and they assured me that we would now receive a refund for the whole stay as the problem still wasn't resolved. We are a month on and the renters have still not refunded us. They are ignoring calls and emails from both us and booking.com. Terrible customer service, empty promises and poor communication.

• Dean (1/5): DO NOT LEAVE THING UNATTENDED THEY WILL GET ROBBED - I liked how the hot tub was left uncleaned for 2 weeks, causing me to slip and nearly injure myself The fact they stole property off of us. Left rubbish outside the place for weeks. Left us without towels for weeks. Threw our food out the only time they did clean
• Ishbel (7/5): Great location & perfect if you have dogs - Hot Tub & BBQ are a great additional to the property, welcome was great and it’s perfect if you have dogs!! It’s not the biggest, we couldn’t have done more than a weekend here with 4 of us, after one day and use to the hot tub, things started to feel a little damp, nothing seems to dry in the property!
