• Laura (10/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet spot within a building on a peaceful street. Shops are nearby, and there are always parking spaces available around or even right in front of the building. Upon arrival, the apartment was impeccably clean. Everything was functional. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic. We are highly satisfied. No one disturbed us, and there were no issues at all. My entire family felt right at home. There were four of us staying in the apartment. The owner seems like a very warm and approachable person at first impression. He lives in the same building but completely respects your privacy. I highly recommend it, and we would definitely return if the opportunity arises. The people in the building are also very friendly, and the city is truly beautiful.
• Bryan (8/5): Clean apartment with everything we needed for our weeks stay - I had good communication with the owner right through to collecting the keys. The owner took us up to the apartment and showed us round. Sadly my Spanish wasn't good enough to understand everything and the owner didnt speak English but we got through enough information between us. The owner was very good and immediately brought additional toilets and kitchen rolls after handover The apartment had everything we needed and also unexpectedly a washing machine and dryer (but didnt use them). There was free WiFi and a 32" TV with normal terrestrial channels. The apartment was at the top end of Arinaga but only a 10 minute walk down to the sea front where there were many bars/restaurants to choose from. There was a petrol station close by which as we were on a motorbiking holiday was very useful. Also very close to bus routes which were very frequent and regular. There were two super markets close to the apartment which were small but had what was needed for essentials. The area was quiet and felt safe enough to leave a motorbike on the street over night with a disc lock on. We had to hang around outside the apartment for around 10 minutes but this was more due to us arriving slightly earlier than expected I think The apartment does indeed have everything you need and it does all work, but some of it is a little dated and a bit of TLC to spruce the place up wouldn't go amiss but all told for two blokes having a weeks motorbike holiday for the price paid it was perfect

• Natália (10/5): Superou as expectativas. - É uma ótima localização, tem praias, restaurantes e supermercado perto. Fica literalmente a meio da ilha, foi muito fácil e rápido chegar tanto ao norte como ao sul. Não temos nada a aponta negativo. Superou as nossas expectativas.
• Eliza (10/5): Polecam! - Dużo miejsca, super cena, pomocny właściciel. Lokalizacja na plus, blisko plaża i sklepy ale miasto jest dość nudne. Arinaga to dobra baza wypadowa
• Guadalupe (8/5): - La ubicación al lado del aeropuerto y cerca hay panadería y súper. El piso es amplio, tiene cocina con todo menos horno. Hay batidora pero sin vaso. Cuenta con lavadora secadora por si hace falta. Lo peor ha sido el colchón que te hundes y es súper antiguo. El secador de pelo lo enciendes y al segundo se calentó y no volvió a funcionar. Fuimos al sur de la isla para que se me secara el pelo. Por lo demás muy bien.

• Tino (5/5): Para no repetir. - La secadora y el sofá chaselong. El gran espacio de almacenaje que dan los armarios. Nos dejó bolsa de hielo como obsequio de bienvenida. Podría haber dejado botellas de agua. Suele haber plazas de aparcamiento al rededor. Dormitorio matrimonio: La.cama de matrimonio es de 1,35. Mi marido y yo no cabíamos. Las luces de la pared están de adorno. No podía leer en la cama. El ventilador (clavado a la pared) no tenía la tapa de seguridad. Dormitorio juvenil: Colchones finos incómodos, con canapé uno y el otro de láminas. Mucho ruido. Viendo reseñas anteriores el dueño contestaba que los cambiarían, en seis meses (fecha de reseñas anterories) no han cambiado, siguen ahí. Las ventanas de ambos cuartos son abatibles y sopla mucho el viento, imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Nos hizo calor sofocante. Se agradeces al menos dos ventiladores, en óptimas condiciones. Cocina: Al extractor no le funciona la luz, el servicio de platos, vasos... era insuficiente para 4 personas. El mobiliario de la casa parece de segunda mano. Salvo el sofá, que es lo mejor. Limpieza: no repuso rollos de papel higiénico, ni bolsas o trapos de cocina en dos semanas que estuvimos (porque ya teníamos pagadas por adelantado). El dueño del alojamiento vive en el primero y no fue un buen anfitrión. Tuve que comprar lejía y lavaplatos (de esto solo dejó botella pequeña para dos semanas.) Es un tercero sin ascensor y no esta al lado de la playa.
• Natalya (10/5): Enjoyed stayoung during my holiday in the apartment - My daughter and I loved the apartment. It was cosy, with all amenities, all essentials we needed, was provided. 5min walk to the beach. The host was responding promptly to any request. We had an amazing time.
• Sergei (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good, Landlord was helpful. All was clean, almost everything what is needed for staying was available. Parking near to the apartment was always occupied if you come back latter then 17-18 o'clock, but there was always a free spot on the next street. Beds could be bit more comfortable.

• Lioudmila (10/5): Exceptional - I was staying in the property second time and the host along with the appartment have met my highest expectations. The property is situated in the quiet location and it is also within walking distance from the beach, shops and the bus stop. The property has everything that is required for the comfortable stay. The host is very kind and helpful. I have been enjoying my stay in the property again. Nothing.
• Vivien (9/5): Superb - Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. Location was great and the owner was friendly and helpful. The dryer was a surprise and it was the best feature of the house! Very useful. I would book this one again. The couch should be changed because it's old and used.
• Ian (10/5): Great apartment in Arinaga. - Very good sized apartment. Clean, comfortable and well equiped. The host was friendly. The location is a few hundred meters from the beach. Shops, restaurants and petrol stations are even closer. Highly recommend and great value. We couldn't get hot water in the kitchen, but that us about all I can say was wrong.

The host was very helpful and the check out time was quite flexible. The location is convenient in terms of having short walking distances to the beach, bus stops and shops. no flat plllows
