Guest Reviews
- Katia (9/5): Awesome break with family for Easter! We all enjoyed our break - Great Coffee Machine everyone enjoyed and lovely home Not a didn't like - more so unfortunate dishwasher wasn't working
- Vannida (9/5): Home away from home - NA we made our own breakfast Everything was good, place provided everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable
- Nele (9/5): Very clean and well equipped spacious home - Very clean. Dishwasher didn't work, otherwise no complaints.
- Samantha (8/5): A clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated stay - Perfect for our needs as a family. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and full of thoughtful little touches, which were the highlight for me. It had everything we needed, the second bathroom was especially handy, and the host was easy to deal with throughout. Very peaceful location. A bit further out of town rhan we thought but not an issue.
- Cameron (8/5): - Shower head not working in upstairs bathroom. Dining room table not sturdy enough.

- Rachelle (10/5): Felt at home right away. Beautiful. - Had a quaint, but clean and updated feel. Fresh and homely.
- Tracey (10/5): - Very spacious enough room for us all. Felt very homely. Was really clean. Highly recommend would come again.
- Maria (10/5): nice location and will use it again if going to Launceston. - This cottage is full of charm and comfortable. Minor problem was the aircond/heater not working in lounge area, could not find anyone to fix.
- Creina (5/5): It would be easy to make this property perfect with just a small amount of maintenance and attention - The beds were very comfortable. Linens clean. The overall size and layout of the house was great. Lovely views. Quiet street. Close to Launceston centre.... but you definitely need a car... which we had. Most of the house was clean. The air conditioning remote is not working. Once you get the air conditioning/heating to turn on it does work but it is almost impossible to use the remote. We were absolutely freezing the first night .... so once we actually got it to work we had no option but to leave it on 24/7. I did contact the property on the first day but received absolutely no response.
The upstairs bathroom has a broken shower head holder and there was no toilet brush.
The downstairs bathroom toilet runs constantly unless you press the half and full flush at the same time. Unfortunately it took two sleepless nights to discover this hack.
The tap in the kitchen just completely blew off at least three times covering the blind, window, ceiling, floor and user with a very large quantity of water.
The plates were mostly chipped. The glasses don't match and the quantity was not really enough.
Some areas of the kitchen were not cleaned including the top of the fridge and crumbs in drawers. The upstairs bathroom exhaust light is so dirty I imagine it would qualify as a fire risk.
It would be nice if the steepness of the driveway was mentioned as it is scary if you've never had to drive up or down one like it, and steep to walk down if you park on the street.

- Steve (10/5): - The cottage was just perfect. Spacious, clean & cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
- Barnaby (9/5): - Good location for a family trip. Quiet and pretty area only 5 mins from central Launceston
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Shane (8/5): Very good -
- Ken (8/5): Very good -
- Frances (7/5): Clean and convenient - The tasteful decorating and cleanliness of the house made for a relaxing atmosphere.
The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent. A few things at the property need to be sorted out, notably the upstairs shower and the dishwasher. Other less important issues, such as the long lawns can be understood as it might very well be the busiest time of the year for the owner.
- Hugh (9/5): Superb -
