• Michael (10/5): Clean and close to everything! - Perfect option in Athens! The apartment was really clean and spacious. The fact that there is a bathroom and a wc is extremely helpful. Is close to everything too!

• Beata (8/5): - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése és a 2 wc szuper h volt Nagyon zajos volt a lakás és egy mikrohullámú sütő jól jönne a lakásba,illetve az ágyak nagyon puhák voltak.

Taille de l'appartement parfaite pour une famille avec 1 chambre parentale et 1 chambre enfants. Contact facile et accueillant avec propriétaire Propreté. Odeur cigarette hall d'entrée de l'appartement. Problème douche mais n'empêche pas de se laver, c'est juste que le robinet coule en même temps que le pommeau de douche, il y a un dysfonctionnement à vérifier car ça gaspille beaucoup d'eau. Ces éléments ne nous pas du tout empêcher de passer un très bon séjour.

• James (9/5): Great place 2 stay for a small group or family. - Location was excellent convenient to a metro station and decent supermarket and easy walk to Acropolis. Two decent bedrooms and a spacious lounge room Second wc would be excellent for a larger group. If I'm allowed to be petty, not a fan of the old electric cook tops and it needs a vegetable peeler.

All in all very comfortable and convenient. Super central, close to acropolis and everything. Honestly, good experience. Nothing really to complain about.

Ideal per famílies. - Apartament just al costat de l'acropolis ideal per una familia. 2 habitacions dobles, dos banys, menjador, sala d'estar i cuina. Tot net, molt nou i ben equipat. No van tenir vens de flexibilitat en l'hora d'entrada per deixar-hi l'equipatge quan l'apartament estava preparat bastant abans.

• Bor-Ting (8/5): - The location is excellent—easily accessible by metro and walking distance to the Acropolis and other major tourist attractions. There are plenty of good food and coffee options nearby, and the area feels safe to walk around at night. The apartment itself is also quite spacious. We were three people staying for four nights, yet the apartment came with only two small rolls of toilet paper (and no tissues or napkins). When we contacted the host to request more, they responded that they do not provide additional toilet paper and told us to purchase it ourselves. I’m not sure if this is common in Athens, but after traveling to many places, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation.

• Kathleen (4/5): Upsetting - facilities namely shower not in working order. - Modern Shower did not work. Was reported but not fixed. 2 nights 5 adults not the way to end our holiday in Greece. Sent video of shower owner acknowledged that there was a problem and that it would be fixed. However it wasn’t. Paid full price. It is a shame that the problem was brought up with video evidence to the owner and he did indicate that it would be fixed yet it wasn’t. Shame for such an updated property.

Un pequeño detalle, la ducha tenía 2 salidas de agua y nunca pudimos encontrar el truco para que salga solo por el cabezal de ducha, otro punto la falta de horno microondas.

• Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - We were 2 friends each wanting our own bedroom and the 2nd toliet was also really convenient. Location in Koukaki couldn't be better with Fix metro and buses nearby. Drakou Steet (pedestrian) has loads of bars and eateries...also great healthy Mexican food right around the corner at This is Loco!!. We found the area quiet at night but we were using the Aircon units. Athens is a buzzy city. I highly recommend this place. Oh. The shower head leaves a lot to be desired.

Host was super responsive and apartment was very spacious with loads of storage. Turning on the hot water heater before taking a shower

• Cathryn (9/5): Great apartment in fab location - Comfortable apartment in a great location for the sights of Athens. Lots of cafes and bars nearby, we found those away from acropolis better than the ones closer to the main area, small supermarket just up the hill for essentials. We couldn't figure out the Air-conditioning, only seemed to be hot. It's not a big issue in April, but some instructions for this would help, especially for those visiting from colder climes where we are not familiar with these in the hotter months

Nothing important but as a comment, would be lovely to have some water bottle or a sachet of sugar and coffee or some extra toilet paper.

• Terry (8/5): We had a lovely time. - Location is excellent. It is spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine is a real bonus. It took a while to figure how to manage the lock on the apartment door. Some thought needs to be given to the hot water system. Having to turn it on and then off and so on, is tedious. The property would benefit from having a microwave.

• Cindy (8/5): A pleasant stay in Athens - Very central and lined with lots of boutique shops and cute pizzerias. Close to attractions, without the being in tourist central. Feels renovated. The host was very responsive and tried to help out where possible. Maybe it’s because it’s the ground floor, but we have lots of visits from creepy crawlies… mostly cockroaches. It made us a little paranoid about leaving dishes and fruit out on the table. The TV remote was missing so we couldn’t veg in the living room and watch a film and a seat was missing from one of the toilets. In the end, minor inconveniences, but I guess that made it so we couldn’t fully enjoy the apartment.
• La (7/5): Good - Clean, comfortable for the family. Sofa bed can be pulled out and is full length, about 200cm. Cozy area but still very close to the Acropolis south entrance and Acropolis museum - only maybe about 10 minutes walk. Close to metro. Air con very good and worked amazingly in the heatwave. Internet worked well for two adults and three teenagers. There were a few cockroaches, some very very small and three very large ones. They were in the bathroom and one corner and were easy to remove. One lizard appeared and then disappeared back into a crack which we filled in. Everything was very clean, might need some cracks filled in to sort this. Nets on windows didnt all work.

Location was central - an easy walk to most places you would want to see. The area where it was located looked a bit sketchy with graffiti everywhere, but really was quite safe. The noise... even with all the windows closed the noise of traffic, people coming home late at night and the inevitable loudly singing drunks, the unit was not quiet till well after 230 am (it was a Saturday night).

• Ginger (9/5): Lovely apartment in a slightly less touristy but central area of Athens - Great location and wonderful apartment with large capacity. The 2 bathrooms are wonderful. Super close to the ancient sites and to a nice neighborhood with delicious restaurants. We easily fit 6 people in the apartment. There are full blackout shades to let you sleep in. Also nice and quiet. The master lock box to collect the keys was really stuck when we got there late at night and it took us 15 minutes to get it open even with the right code. Additionally, there was a cockroach in the apartment (but just the one and literally everything else was spotless).

We were only there a few hours which was a pity, we would have liked to have stayed longer. Next time….. It took us 10 minutes to lock the key safe as we were leaving, even our taxi driver tried to help us. We found it stressful as we had a plane to catch.

• Clara (7/5): Beautiful apartment with terrible bathroom - Excellent location. Spacious. Good wifi. Very clean. Netflix connection. Full amenities. Kind host who let us leave our luggage before check-in. The apartment’s description indicates 2 bathrooms. It only has 1 full bathroom (with a broken shower where water comes out either boiling -and I mean literally boiling- or freezing… no in between) and 1 half bathroom with a toilet missing the seat. We were 6 people scrambling to take showers in this uncomfortable situation which was hard because we stayed 3 nights. We communicated with host asking to please fix the problems with no resolution. We missed previous reviews indicating a faulty shower. This is such a shame because the 2 bedroom apartment is in a prime location 10 minutes from the Acropolis. I feel bad leaving this review but I felt worse with my guests who couldn’t take proper showers for 3 days.

The beds are not so comfortable or at least we are not used to these kinds of beds. The apartment has a little bit unusual water heater system. (You have to switch on/off the circuit breakers.)

• Antonis (4/5): Disappointing - It was very clean and spacious apartment, very recently renovated. Everything was brand new. Very close to both Acropolis and Sygrou tube stations. Although brand new, the apartment was incomplete. Wires were hanging off the walls and sockets were left without plugs. Also the brand new TV was not working at all. Nowhere to leave your soap and shampoo in the shower but also not a single furniture or shelve in the bathroom for the toiletries. Moreover, there were not many utensils in the kitchen and there wasn't any sugar or coffee and neither any basic ingredients to cook, which is something that the management should have catered for. When you rent out an appartment for short stays, these things must be provided. You can't expect the guest to buy all these items for two or three nights. Most important though, the noise from the streets..! The apartment is on the ground floor, something that is not mentioned in the description, and is right by two main roads in a super busy area of Athens. Despite the double glazed windows, the noise was herendous. Bikes, cars, police sirens and beepings were going off all night.
