- Ellen (7/5): Nice hotel but needs to align with booking.com - Clean and comfortable Hotel staff contacting me via WhatsApp looking for payment, I had opted for payment on check-in. The hotel had overbooked for NYE and asked us to cancel on booking.com for a discounted price? Also, booking.com site details check-out 12:00 - 13:00 but check-out is 12:00.

- Mark (1/5): Do not pay to stay in this hotel. There are much better ones for the price - The ONLY good thing was the location. 1) booking.com - just a few days before, I received notification the room was cancelled. It didn’t give me a chance to provide another card. I was invited to rebook at a higher price!!! Really not what I needed whilst in the middle of travelling. 2) the room and sheets were damp 3) there was noise all night from the elevator, the car horns, vibration of traffic and music from the building opposite. 4) both my wife and I hurt our hands closing the bathroom door because the handle is next to the wall. 5) the glass bathroom means that if you turn on the toilet light at night you illuminate the whole room.

- Gavin Christopher (1/5): - Location was good Extremely dirty, damp, insects and hair on bed sheets. Communal areas are also unclean. I did not stay here. I checked-in and on viewing two separate rooms, both equally unsatisfactory I checked out. While the reception staff were helpful, their management who are not available on-site, refused to speak to me on the phone regarding cancellation. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. Avoid at all cost!!

- Max (3/5): Good place to go if you don’t like sleeping - The service was decent. It was very noisy, making it hard to sleep. The first night in particular, the room opposite us (which seemed to be rented out on a permanent basis) was making lots of noise until 2 am and then again at 7am. This meant we only got 5 hours sleep. They then moved us to the bottom floor, which was better but still noisy. The other aspects of the hotel was okay but nothing special. If you want to go, I recommend avoiding the top floor and bottom floor rooms.
