• John (1/5): Horrible dealing with the property owner and booking.com customer service - Because the owner forgot to send us the access code, we were unable to get into the house. We waited more that 90 minutes in front of the house. At the meantime, we kept messaging/calling the owner. There was no response. The owner explained that he/she was in transit. He/she could not get the message/calls. I am not sure I would believe that. It is Calgary, not somewhere in the mountains. Any he/she refunded the partial amount we paid because he/she said the commission could not be refunded which was for booking.com. The way he/she refunded to us is through e-transfer, not through booking.com to our credit card. That tells me that he/she did not inform booking.com that we did not stay in the property because his/her mistake. That is not the property. Which means I could not get the full refund. That is the owner's fault. The worse is we kept messaging to booking.com customer service when and after we could not get into the property and did not get response at all. I am not sure booking.com is so big now and did not care about losing one or two customers even though I have been with booking.com for many years. I am in Genius Level 3 now but that does not help. If there is something wrong again, I am not sure booking.com would help us anymore. If you don't want to happen to you, do not book this property or booking through booking.com.

• Okafor (9/5): - Very clean and situated in a good location The host did not send me check-in instructions prior to arrival. It took long time to figure out how to access the property.

• Birgitte Ditter (10/5): Wohnung ist zu empfehlen! - Es war ein großzügiges, modernes Appartement in einem Wohngebiet. Küchenzeile gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden inkl. große Kühl-Gefrierkombination. Ruhig und doch so gelegen, daß alles gut erreichbar war. Super, daß es sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gab! Matratze war für mich zu weich. Sonst alles Bestens!

Did not get to see owner mostly email communication but found him / her polite and co - clean facility nicely located close to all amenities -bit noisy upper floor banging walking sound -would be nice to have cloth iron -cloth hangers were all baby hangers only for shirts not for trousers

• Aira (9/5): Cozy place - Stayed for two nights during our stay in Calgary. The place was great, clean and cozy. Host was proactive. Had issues with the water being just cold but the host got a plumber to fix it immediately. Great stay!

• Heather (8/5): Very good - We love that it is brand new and very clean. Comfortable bed also I did not like the fact that I booked for two people and I only had one towel in the bathroom. Also for women it's a good idea to have a garbage can in the bathroom. Recommendations for the bedrooms, add side tables.
• Nikita (8/5): Great experince, kind owners, safe neighbourhood, great price with all amazing facilities! - It is a new, quiet, safe neighbourhood with an open parking space in front of the house and with zero random people around. A nice, cozy and clean house with great owners who love their home and you will feel it right away. Even though it's a basement level, I didn't hear any noise from the top (soundproof, as well as attentive and caring owners). A/C, utensils for cooking and serving, huge fridge, all of those nice things :) I can't say I didn't like something, my experience was nice, but I'd add a couple of things. 1) Might be a little cold for someone because of the central A/C + basement level - I personally felt a bit fresh and had to warm myself up by drinking hot tea and covering myself with a blanket (especially floors were cold). But during this weather (26C+ and higher) I'd rather freeze :) 2) One thing I'd add is a small bedside table near the bed and maybe some light on it (otherwise you will have to put all the things on the floor) - not a big deal. 3) To lock the main door, you will need to put some effort into closing it and to be able to lock it (as a big guy, I didn't have problems afterwards, but let's say my girlfriend might struggle).
