Guest Reviews
- Charles (4/5): Do not recommend unless you are in an emergency situation like I was. - Hot water worked. First there are additional fees for pets even though the profile for the room says there are not. Ants came in when it started raining from the window, which looks out over an impoverished home community. Other guests screaming at late random hours. But the kick to the head was finding out this place goes for 15k PHP a month, site charges double, when rented to locals. Been living in Philippines a few years and this place isn't worth giving 8k a month. Oh and the hot water worked but appliances falling off the wall.
