• Lenuta (9/5): Loved our stay; good value for money - Excellent location, walking distance to city center. Very clean, quiet, lots of natural light. You do not hear any noise from the street. Comfortable bed, inner courtyard with a little bench to sit for a coffee. Good kitchen, enough to prepare meals. Nice bathroom, good shower/water pressure. Owners very nice and available for any question via whatsapp. Easy checkin and checkout. Loved the fact it was all code based and no keys needed :) Not necesarily “didn’t like” but could be improved The entrance door was quite noisy when closing even if we tried to be careful. So hopefully we did not disturb neighbours too much. I would love loved a small nightstand by the bed to put my phone, glasses.
• Guido (4/5): Servizio scadente, pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La posizione è senza dubbio il punto forte dell'appartamento. Si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo e ben fornito, a pochi passi dal centro di Lubiana, che si raggiunge con una breve e piacevole passeggiata. A differenza di quello che avevamo letto in alcune recensioni e che ci è stato ribadito dalla responsabile della struttura, il parcheggio custodito vicino (molto comodo e sicuro) a noi non è costato €9,50 al giorno. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato una domenica sera verso le 10:30 e abbiamo ripreso l'auto il mercoledì mattina alle 10:00 (dunque quasi esattamente due giorni e mezzo) e abbiamo pagato circa 45 euro (prezzo, devo dire, comunque ragionevole per il servizio). Siamo rimasti profondamente delusi dal nostro soggiorno in questa struttura. Il prezzo, quasi 160€ a notte, creava delle aspettative molto alte che sono state completamente disattese da una serie di gravi mancanze e disservizi. Sebbene la posizione sia ottima, non è assolutamente sufficiente a compensare i problemi riscontrati. La lista, purtroppo, è lunga e ha reso la nostra permanenza frustrante. * Comunicazione e check-in: Mentre eravamo in viaggio, abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio che ci chiedeva di inviare online tutte le informazioni dettagliate degli ospiti, specificando che solo dopo avremmo ricevuto il codice per l'accesso. Il tono ci è parso sgradevole, quasi a sottintendere "se non fornite i dati, non entrate", anche se vogliamo credere si sia trattato di un problema di traduzione. In ogni caso, dover inserire manualmente i dati di 4 persone mentre si è in viaggio è una richiesta scomoda; un compito che spetta alla struttura una volta ricevuti i documenti. Alla fine, per fortuna, è stato sufficiente inviare i PDF dei documenti via WhatsApp per risolvere. * Accesso all'appartamento buio e insicuro: Essendo arrivati di sera, abbiamo avuto una pessima sorpresa. Per raggiungere la porta di casa abbiamo dovuto attraversare un androne poco illuminato e un cortile interno completamente al buio. In questo cortile erano presenti delle buche e ho personalmente rischiato di cadere mentre trasportavo i bagagli. È stata un'esperienza davvero disagevole e una grave mancanza di attenzione per la sicurezza degli ospiti. * Posti letto inadeguati: Avevamo prenotato per quattro persone, ma il divano letto è talmente corto che un adulto non può dormirci. Per dare un'idea concreta, nostra figlia di 6 anni aveva già praticamente i piedi fuori. L'appartamento, di fatto, non è adatto per quattro adulti. * Attrezzatura della cucina inesistente: A differenza di ogni altra struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato, qui mancava il minimo indispensabile.

• Lara (10/5): RECOMMEND IT! - Very beautiful and clean apartment. It is located in the center of Ljubljana, so you can see everything without using car. We didn't have any problems with the internet - the connection was good and we received a very nice welcome. We also liked the option of having breakfast at a very pleasant café. Recommend it! 😊

• Karen (9/5): We loved the location and the closeness to public transport and the old part of the city. - Very quiet and close to everything we wanted to see. Kettle, plug and a toaster although we asked for a toaster and we’re given a sandwich maker very quickly. We managed fine with this and the other appliances. It was a great apartment.

• Giuseppe (3/5): Poor - It is hard to find something good. The location is close to the city center. The internet isn't functional, making tasks like video communication impossible. The shared connection, if any, serves multiple apartments without a solution in sight. The owner wrote that it has been worked for several years, without helping us.This issue has forced me to work elsewhere or rely on mobile data. There's an unpleasant odor and the kitchen furniture wasn't properly cleaned, requiring us to wash it by hand. The price seems too high for the quality. The apartment lacks amenities like a washing machine or dishwasher, and it's situated on the ground floor. Initially, no hairdryer was available, though one was provided later. While the location near the city center is convenient, the apartment would only be acceptable for short stays or if the cost were under 90 euros per night. It is not new on Booking, because the same apartment was already present in Booking under different name and bad reviews. So I advice Booking to check these aspects before publish something old as "new" place on booking.
