• Stephanie (5/5): Sehr kleines, sauberes Apartment in guter Lage - Das sehr gut gereinigte Apartment liegt in einem dreistöckigen Gebäude ca. 200m vom Meer entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit David, der die Wohnung verwaltet, ist sehr schnell und informativ, z.B. onboarding-Prozess und Beantwortung erster Fragen. Es gibt sehr schnelles Internet, home office ist daher möglich, allerdings erlaubt der kleine Tisch kaum Unterlagen neben einem Notebook. Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage (Anwesenheit im Januar) reicht absolut aus. Auf der Etage sind kreisförmig 9 weitere Wohnungen ähnlichen Zuschnitts angeordnet, deren Wände wohl aus gedämmtem Trockenbau erstellt wurden. Das war mindestens zu einer Seite hin wenig. Die Unterkunft ist einem kleinen Hotelzimmer mit Bad ähnlich. Anscheinend macht die kleine Kochecke es zu einem Apartment mit einer nachweislichen Gesamtfläche einschließlich Bad und Balkon von 16qm. Ablageflächen sind mit Improvisation möglich (z.b Kleiderbügel an der Gardinenstange). Schwierig wird es, wenn man gespültes Geschirr vorm Abtrocknen abzustellen versucht. Nudelsieb, Mikrowellendeckel, Eierbecher und geeignete Schneidmesser sollen unmittelbar nach meiner Abreise organisiert werden. Leider scheint die Abwasserleitung keine Entlüftung zu haben, demnach verbreitete sich dauerhaft ein entsprechender Geruch in der kleinen Wohnung.
• Alba (8/5): - Ubicación perfecta, a 5 minutos de la playa y 2 de la piscina. Muy bien equipado. Además, en caso de cualquier duda o necesidad, la atención con el propietario es rápida. El único punto a destacar sería el poco espacio que hay en la cocina. El fregadero se queda un poco pequeño para dos personas.

• Erik (9/5): Superb - Very goog location and decent apartment for people who don't need extra space. Good communication with the person Managing the apartment, plenty of parking space off season. Having coffee wouldn't hurt. It is a big smaller than it looks in photos, and understandable, giving the size of the apartment, it won't fit a big bed if you need extra space. Although for us it was fine.
