• Vasileia (10/5): - Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένο,λειτουργικό και καθαρό!!με τρομερή θέα κι στο κέντρο του Λουτρακίου!!η οικοδέσποινα καταπληκτική κι πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει!! σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε,με χαρά!! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μας αρέσει!!
• filippos (10/5): Perfect - Πανεμορφο, καθαρό, ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Λουτρακίου. Είχαμε τα πάντα στα πόδια μας.

• Jim (9/5): To sum up, it’s a great spot and we r already hoping to be able to go back next year! - Property manager Despina is awesome. The apt is exactly as in the pictures and the location could not be better (especially if you are interested in the Loutraki Spa services). Bathroom a bit small and a better selection of pots and pans would have been nice.

• Aggeliki (10/5): Το καλύτερο κατάλυμα για το κέντρο του Λουτρακίου. - Ευρύχωρο για 3 ενήλικες. Πολύ καθαρό. Ησυχία. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τέντες. Στο καλύτερο σημείο της πόλης. Και θέα θάλασσα. Θα ξαναρθουμε σίγουρα.

• maria (10/5): Fantastic - summer weekend break - Enjoyed the location of this light filled, newly renovated and nicely styled one bed apartment with large balcony. Liked the feel of the apartment with its coordinated furniture and well selected feature titles. Wonderful aspect of the balcony is a stand out feature. It's gets a breeze and has views towards the sea and main street. Lift, fly screens, two air-conditioners and two TVs. Staying here you can go for a swim to cool off knowing you are only moments from sitting on your balcony eating fruit salad. Thank you for Netflix. Our kind host Despina met us to help us settle in. She is fluent in Greek and English. Short walk to supermarket and KTEL bus to Athens. None.

• Stefanos_72 (9/5): An excellent choice for your stay in lovely Loutraki! - Ble Property5 apartment is an excellent choice for your stay in lovely Loutraki! The apartment on the 2nd floor is brand-new, spacious, modern, clean, fully furnished, beautifully decorated, lacks nothing. Big living room and kitchen with all the amenities, bedroom with great bed, lovely bathroom. The location is just great, right at the center of Loutraki with the beach, the restaurants, the market, the spa, all right at your feet! Last but not least, the lovely and helpful host, Mrs Despina, makes sure you enjoy your stay. The block of flats, where Ble Property5 is located, is an old building and it's entrance is quite dated. If you spend time at the balcony it can be a bit noisy since the apartment is central. However, once the doors are closed, everything is calm and quiet.

• George (10/5): Excellent overall - one of the best apartements (if not the best) in Loutraki - The location is excellent and the apartement is in great condition, decorated at a high standard with all required amenities included. The balcony is spacious overlooking one of the main roads but with sea view. However, due to double glazing there is little noise when the windows are shut. There isnt anything that was really problematic but a few points that would enhance the stay even further are: a) include a floor lamp or change the white LED lights to yellow as there is too much light in the evening and at night that cannot be turned of as the lights operate in groups b) add a water guard to the shower as it almost always the water will flood the bathroom due to the design of the water drainage c) although there is a fully equiped kitchen there is not much room to cook so if you are planning to cook a lot in the apartment you will need to get creative.

A short distance from the beach and shops and restaurants are right next to the apartment. We definitely recommend it to everyone. Arrival was completed from 15:00. However, we arrived earlier and our apartment was available from 12:00. Since we are traveling with a small child, we really appreciated it. Thank you! everything was great
