Great neighborhood for eating, market, coffee, nightlife, close proximity to shopping. Mold noticeable in shower grout. Renovations in lower apartment were loud , early morning, workers smoked and could smell it even with our windows closed.

Great location. Cute neighborhood. The nearby square is filled with amazing restsurants and the square is such a vibe at night. Apt street is Quiet, away from tourists but walkable to all the key sites and other area. Nothing except we had an issues with check out. We agreed a late check out and when we returned to get our suitcases the code for the apt door wasnt working. It took a long time to get ahold of the management company. In the end, the cleaning crew let us in but I almost missed my flight because of it.

• Kunal (9/5): Excellent option for 4 people - Clean and modern apartment within a walking distance to the tram. There was construction work right behind the apartment (on the same premises). So, we had a few noisy mornings (drilling and music)

• Michele (10/5): On reviendrait sans aucun doute à cet endroit ! - Bel appartement moderne tout rénové , au design intéressant avec beaucoup d’espaces de rangement . La rue est très tranquille ainsi que l’immeuble . On a bien aimé le quartier, épicerie et cafés à proximité. La communication est facile et rapide avec l’hôte . Difficulté à ouvrir la porte intérieure après avoir fait le code : problème résolu il faut faire le code lentement puis tirer la poignée vers soi et ensuite pousser légèrement et le tout a bien fonctionné une fois que nous avons saisi la procédure.

• jarmila (10/5): - The accommodation was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped — nothing was missing. It’s located in a quiet area, a bit farther from the city center, but we appreciated the peaceful surroundings, and Bolt always picked us up right at the door. There are grocery stores nearby, as well as amazing ice cream, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, a very pleasant stay that I can truly recommend.
