• Jaime (9/5): - El apartamento es nuevo, está en buenas condiciones y está muy bien ubicado. Dispone de todo lo necesario. Elena, la chica que nos recibió, muy maja y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Complicado aparcar por la calle pero hay varios parkings de pago cerca. Pese a que es una zona tranquila, en ocasiones se escucha el ruido de fuera. Se agradecería tener algún espejo de cuerpo entero.
• LIANGCHENG (5/5): - 公寓地點不錯, 就在一樓, 老人家不需要太費力就可以抵達. 但計程車不方便開入, 我們仍需要拖著行李走一小段路. 但附近餐廳很多, 且有腳踏車租借點, 若是情侶或年輕人會更加適合. 先前房客反映房間臭氣問題似乎仍沒有辦法處理. 是排泄物的惡臭, 雖然是冬天仍然明顯, 公寓使用中央空調, 我們不得不開窗透氣. 房間整體偏小, 洗衣機沒有烘乾功能, 雖然多半是如此, 但我們不得不將濕衣服掛滿房間.
• Wania (7/5): A estrutura é muito boa, mas falta um pouco de cuidado e atenção com o hospede. Pode melhorar. - O apartamento é bonito, bem decorado, confortável, limpo, bem localizado. Recepcionista, foi um tanto antipática. Cheiro de esgoto que vinha do ralo do banheiro. Pernilongos. Pequena quantidade de produtos de higiene e limpeza, insuficiente para duas pessoas passarem um final de semana. Não havia a lava louça, como é dito na descrição da reserva.

• Lothar (7/5): Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung, Achtung falsche Angabe: Keine Geschirrspülmaschine! - Die Wohnung lag sehr nah am Zentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt und trotzdem ruhig und sicher. Für 2 Nächte für uns 3 war das perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist schön, die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und die Wohnung ist sauber, hat leider aber auch einen etwas unangnehmen Geruch. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat Fenster auf einen Patio zwischen den umgebenden Wohnhäusern. Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang aus der Wohnung in den Patio, da die Fenster alle vergittert sind. Wir konnten Stühle und einen niedrigen Tisch über den Hausflur hinaus in den Patio tragen und so im Freien frühstücken. Zum Be- und Entladen des PKW kann man am Platz Placa de Santa Cruz vor der Wonung kurzfristig halten. Das vermittelte nahegelegen Parkhaus Cano y Cueto ist nicht zu empfehlen, es ist doppelt so teuer wie andere und kostet 28 € pro Tag. Ein günstigeres Parkhaus ist z.B. der Parking Campamento. Es gab entgegen der Beschreibung keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Nach Nachricht an die Wohnungsgesellschaft gab es einen kleinen Rabatt für diese Fehlbeschreibung der Wohnung. Danke dafür. Die Wohnung hat tasächlich, wie Viele hier schon beschrieben haben, einen etwas unangnehmen Geruch. Wenn man viel lüftet, bessert sich das. Bei hohen Temperaturen über 40° C im August wird das schwierig. An unserem Abreisetag wurde vor der Wohnung direkt am Hauseingang der Boden aufgrissen und an den Leitungen etwas repariert. Vielleicht wird inzwischen versucht, das Geruchsproblem so zu beheben.
• Yi-Hua (9/5): - 內部重新裝潢，什麼都是新的，廚房設備餐具也都是新的，很讚 位置在老城區裡，走路10分鐘內可以到Real Alcázar, 主教堂 冷氣很涼，夏天下午43度很需要躲在房間裡 晚上安靜 在老城區內，計程車或uber要走到外面才能搭
• Le (10/5): - 位置绝佳，出租车可以到院子门口，到各处景点也都很近，步行即可。装修用料考究，很有品位。打扫得很干净，四星级酒店的标准。工作人员也热情，还提前让我们把行李放进住宿。 非要挑剔的话，淋浴房的门槛没封严，洗澡的时候会水会流一些出来。
• Viresh (10/5): Wonderful, spacious, homely apartment so close to town centre. - This was one of the best places we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Europe. Location is fantastic - 4 minutes from Cathedral on foot, yet away from the busy centre of old town Seville. Apartment was super comfortable. All the facilities were there including fast wi-fi. Jesus, our host met us with the keys and answered any questions so promptly. Nice spacious place in a courtyard with other apartments, right next to large gardens. Supermarket less than 10 minute walk away. We were there for 3 nights but could easily have stayed 3 months given its location, space and facilities. Suggest kitchen needs a dish drainer to put washed crockery and cutlery on, and tea towels and wiping cloths to use to wipe table, benches, etc. We had to use paper towels instead. Room safe would also be handy to have.
• Tania (7/5): Good base to explore Sevilla - The apartment is very cleaned and based in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral and Palace. All the attractions are in walk distance. The host help me to book a trip to Ronda before we arrived in Sevilla, I would recommend the trip! The apartment had a strong smell. If you are planning to cook in the apartment, the apartment has very basic cooking facilities.
• Lenka (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of Seville - I had a really enjoyable stay in Seville! The apartment was cozy, newly refurbished, and in a perfect location—just steps away from the main sights. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was smooth, and there were no issues with the keys. I appreciated the welcome package and the bottle of water waiting in the fridge. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and even had cleaning products and a washer available. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept perfectly. Quiet, spotless, and overall a great experience—I’m really happy with my choice!
• Sabrina (10/5): Excellent location, quiet, private, and very safe. Beautiful garden steps away. - Excellent location in a quiet setting near a park. The apartment is very small but the bedroom is large. The Spanish don't use clothes dryers, so it requires some thought to make sure your clothes can be dry before you leave.

• Baru (9/5): Almost Perfect, but One Red Flag - I had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation, which is located very close to the city center. The apartment was well-equipped, with an amazing bed and very comfortable pillows. The WiFi worked well, there was a smart TV, and the design was beautiful. Since I visited Seville during the colder season, I really appreciated the cozy blankets. The apartment also has a washing machine, a few laundry tablets, and I was really pleased to find a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. However, there were some downsides. The apartment is on the ground floor, so you can hear noise from the street and the gate right next to the bedroom window. Also, there was a lot of dust on the floor, probably because no one had stayed there for a while before me. It's a shame that there are no slippers available in the apartment. I didn't expect so much dust, and I'm not used to walking around indoors in shoes. But that's a small detail that would be a nice touch. ⚠ What really bothered me, though, was that the staff member wrote down my credit card details by hand on a piece of paper. This is very easy to misuse and goes against my bank's policies. I would have preferred to handle the situation with a security deposit instead. Because of this, I now have to request a new card, as I cannot be sure that my details won’t be misused. This is a big issue for me. If this situation changes, I would be happy to return with my husband on my next visit to Seville. Otherwise, I would recommend the apartment, I had a really wonderful time.
