- Julie (7/5): - Very cute old house. Very clean and easy to get into. The temperature was on a program and 62 at night was to cold. The beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. With no bug blankets to help we were cold all night.
- Hannah (8/5): Great basic facilities! - It was a nice size and it was warm. I wasn’t prepared to hear gun shots and police chases at night. I would have liked more of a warning.
- Rashell (4/5): Sadly too noisy for me. - Spacious kitchen and bathroom. Both on newly renovated and clean. Bright apartment with lots of room for a family. Comfortable temperature. Full size refrigerator with ice and water. I was told there was a washer dryer as well. Did not use. Plenty of street parking. The floors are old and noisy. The downstairs unit hears everything the upstairs unit does. Zero quiet. Every step is heard. There was an unlocked access door inside one of the bedroom. It leads to the basement which could easily be used for someone to enter the unit. The pots and pans are rusted beyond usable state. Some dishes were in cupboard despite being dirty. The door to unit from vestibule does not close and having a glass front door allows someone to look in. Had to use a chair to keep close. With minor expense this place could be great.
