• concepcion (1/5): NO ACONSEJABLE. - La ubicación fue lo único bueno del alojamiento, No me gustó nada el alojamiento, el pomo de la puerta se salía, el ropero viejo, estropeado y sin puerta... tenía una cortina. Había un sofá cama donde iba a dormir mi hijo que no pudimos usar ya que estaba manchado y el somier lleno de polvo. La ropa de cama y las toallas no olían a limpio. No lo aconsejo y es una pena por que podrían gastarse un poquito de dinero y tenerlo en condiciones.
• Natalia Soledad (6/5): No es una pésima opción PERO tiene sus "cositas" - La ubicación fue excelente. Estaba bien equipado para cocinar. El baño era grande y cómodo, con una buena ducha El mismo día que ingresamos, a las 16.30 cuando volvimos al departamento, estaba la empleada limpiando. Con lo cual nos dimos cuenta que nos hicieron ingresar estando el departamento sucio, sin toallas ni sábanas limpias. Nos sentimos incómodos ya que todas nuestras pertenencias estaban allí. El 2do día no tuvimos luz en todo el día, con lo cual no pudimos cocinar ni desayunar. A la noche seguíamos sin luz y luego repentinamente, volvió. Por último, el departamento está apenas iluminado y NO FUNCIONA EL LAVARROPAS, para lo cual no se nos dio respuesta al consultar

• Flo (1/5): A fuir - Ubicación À déconseiller. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, l'appartement est délabré : prises électriques non sécurisées, pas de poignets de portes, meubles branlants, surfaces abîmées. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos , la propreté est défaillante : poils et cheveux collés au bidet, à la douche, poussières et cheveux jonchant le sol. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, des équipements sont absents : pas de machine à laver , elle est cassée depuis plusieurs semaines, pas de cafetière, pas de couvertures, pas d'oreillers, le lit d'appoint est une catastrophe pour le dos, des planches de bois. Cerises sur le gâteau: le bruit est démentiel : on entend parfaitement les voisins, et les fenêtres sont en papier, la rue est petite mais résonne affreusement, le jeudi, vendredi et samedi soir... Passage de fêtards jusqu'à 5h du matin, et 8h machine pour nettoyer les rues. Enfin le pire: les échanges avec les propriétaires. Quand je les préviens des dysfonctionnements de la machine à laver, ils me répondent qu'il faut envoyer un message à un numéro qui n'est pas le même que celui qui a servi à la réservation. Ce numéro me répond qu'ils viennent la réparer le lendemain. Évidemment personne ne vient ni ne me prévient d'un futur passage. Je relance, ils me répondent qu'ils vont la changer . J'attends toujours la réponse pour ce changement... Je recontacte la propriétaire pour lui dire que rien ne s'est passé. Elle me donne un autre numéro... Je lui ai dit que je me débrouillerai seul, elle me propose de me rembourser la laverie . Ils m'ont dit qu'ils me donneraient une adresse pour la laverie la plus proche et qu'ils me rembourseraient, j'attends toujours l'adresse de la laverie. Pour ceux qui comptent réserver ce logement, ce sera à vous d'appeler 2 ou 3 numéros différents en cas de soucis... Et souvent sans réponse . Enfin il est 10h20, jour du check out, l'heure limite est 11h.

• Guest (5/5): Bon emplacement mais couchage d'appoint absolument à revoir. - L'emplacement au cœur de Séville. Le point fort. Le couchage d'appoint n'était pas.du tout confortable. D'autre part, il n'y avait que deux oreillers alors que j'ai réservé pour 3 personnes. J'ai envoyé une demande restée sans réponse. C'est dommage que j'aie à écrire ce commentaire négatif mais la moindre des choses, c'est que toutes les personnes puissent dormir confortablement, et ça n'a pas été le cas pour l'un de nous trois. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas.

• La Catalaneta Boletaire (7/5): Apartament amb bona ubicació - L'apartament en general bé, el millor la ubicació en ple centre, tot i ser al centre varem poder dormir bé sense sorolls. L'aire condicionat funciona bé. La rentadora no la varem fer servir ja que el caixetí de posar el sabó estava negre de brut, si arribem a rentar no hagéssim pogut estendre la roba ja que no hi havia estenedor ja que estava trencat i sense cordes, la antena TV la vaig tenir de fer una reparació casera ja que el connector que va a la paret estava trencat.

• Nico (8/5): Good spot.good place. Bit of a hassle , but overall good - Perfect location for Sevilla The balcony , was hardly accessible There was some messing around with keys which was a bit annoying , then, the owner sorted this out.

• Graeme (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and a nice space in the apartment. Bed was uncomfortable and linen of poor quality. Washing machine not working and couldn't connect to wifi.
• Angus (8/5): Perfect base in the old town to enjoy day & night activities. - Location was perfect for a short walk to Plaza Encarnación in the Centre & to Avenida de Hércules, for bars & restaurants. Great shower, but only a small cubicle.

• Deaa (3/5): Catastrophic - Location was very good, and check in/out very nice and flexible. Flat was very hot temperature with very bad air quality, we had to open all windows for 2 hours but was a lot of mosquitoes because windows was without net/protect. We tried to turn on the Air-condition, but the remote was deflected. Dishwasher machine was also noisy all the time even when it was off. Bed was very bad, almost brocken in the middle, catastrophic!!

• Eliis (6/5): The person who gave us extra blanket and helped with the air conditioner, was helpful. - The apartment itself is cute, good bathroom and kitchen and location itself is good, if you want to be in the heart of the town. The underground parking area is not too far, but 24h costs like 36eur. The matress, the bed needs a change. If you don’t have a back problem, then after one night you will get it. It is like sleeping in a hole. Also one part of the sheets didn’t smell good, so the sheet that was on the bed wasn’t cleaned well or cleaned at all.
